watching this has made my day. this is the first christmas that i dont have my grandmother she passed in june of this year and i have been in depression and have not wanted to celebrate the holidays or my birthday next saturday. but watching this and all of the other videos i feel like i do need to celebrate the holiday. ty kristen and steph. you guys can make anyone smile

Is there anything Kristen cannot do? I think in a past vlog she said math was her best subject and it shows. Coming from someone who takes an hour to watch a 5-minute youtube "how-to" video and pause after each step 😂, let me tell you, this is truly a skill! The place is coming together so nicely.

Nicely done. My grandfather and I would do alot of wood projects as tables. We use biscuits and use a hammer end of the claw to hit places on the inside too and glue it so it would stick better when we clamped them together if we wanted a wider table. You did a fantastic job.

My father was a custom cabinet maker by trade but he also made custom furniture and it was really nice to see you working with all the tools of the trade. You did a great job with the table. I was pleasantly surprised when you use the dowls. That really makes the two halves sturdy. Not everyone would have done that and the table would have warped.

For me, the biggest problem with the old house is the light. Each room and corridor only has the main light from the ceiling, which makes it look a little dark at night, and it feels like something out of a horror movie. If lighting is not renovated in all rooms, more table lamps and floor lamps can make the interior brighter and more atmospheric.
