Marilu came to my high school English class in '78 and I could not believe how absolutely beautiful she was in person. She was just as sweet and funny and she has done North Side Chicago very proud.
It's crazy to me that she definitely remembers that, and could probably tell you what you were wearing. Absolutely amazing woman on top of being so beautiful and talented.
I think they will be but you got to have Danny DeVito playing as his role but the owner of the taxi company and Cyndi Lauper as his unbearing wife other cast members not sure I'm sure there's some interesting characters out there could feel the roles. A feature film based on the TV series set back in the day
An interview with Marilu Henner from years ago (the interview is no longer on RUclips, and I'll bet it's because of copyright) said that Danny DeVito was giving different passwords each take and that he was literally saying dirty/filthy stuff in her ear - but she wouldn't repeat them in the interview
I remember reading from someone's comment on another video years ago about the interview, talking about that during practice he would say sweet things in her ear, but when it came to actually filming it; out of the blue he was randomly saying dirty things, thus making the slap from her more realistic. (To me personally the second take sounds like he is saying "Swallow.".....so take what you want from that lolz!)
