You are correct on one thing and one thing only, Slash is playing it in D# (half step/e-flat as it is also is called) however both this version and the record version are also E-flat, they never changed it in concert and GNR NEVER USED STANDARD tuning in concert. If you're hearing any tuning issues or wavering its the VHS tape, this video clearly was ripped from a VHS that still has tracking issues.

@@kellyschlegel5857 They were a good studio band. I walked out of one of their concerts when they were touring with Metallica and Body Count. Axel ruined they whole show with his overinflated drunken ego. I can tolerate listening to 'em, can't stand to watch them. To each his own.
