Axl Rose, at his prime, could not be compared to anyone else. This guy alone was a freakin' power house when he was on stage, and I don't think it's wrong to say he might be the greatest frontman of all time. He could sing high notes, low notes, he could run, he could dance and he could do all of that at the same time. Don't care what people say, Axl's talent is undeniable.
Axl at is prime was untouchable and to me the best front of all time... this dude is a power package he sings high notes and run around that giant stage... it’s as easy as breathing for him.respect.
Axl’s voice in his prime was insane !!!

Axl would repeatedly blow his voice out after a couple songs. This is a rare, and I do mean RARE, occasion of Axl sounding halfway like his recorded voice. There are significantly better vocalists out there. Robert Plant, Ian Gillan, hell even Jovi kept a decent live voice. And it's no contest with modern vocalists. Look at what Chester Bennington could bring out live. Patrick Stump, Brendan Urie.
@@prototypep4 you couldn’t be more wrong It’s almost comical how wrong you are. Actually in this concert his voice is is almost froggy throughout and that still sounds good. He had a few concerts where his voice was blown out but most of his concerts from 86-93 were money minus a few in 91

Guns N Roses probably did ruin the classic rock band for the future seeing as we haven’t seen anything like them since. They were the sum of every great rock band that came before them and incapsulated that in a 5 year run that put them on top of the world. Great band.

LOVE Axl Rose. My daughter and now granddaughter have Rose as a middle name, I have a bearded dragon called Axl, a water dragon called Gilby haha. Love 'em. When my daughter was 4, she would do Sail away sweet sister, had her hair brush, did all the facials etc, it was awesome ha. One of the best bands to ever grace this earth.
I saw them live last year. They are still exactly the same. That concert was the best I've ever been to.

Guns n Roses...saw them open for INXS in 88 absolutely the worst show i have ever seen i can't even begin to describe how bad they were the whole band except for Axl could barely even stand up...then 2 years later saw them again and it was the best concert i have ever seen 3 hours of pure unforgettable magic. There you go that is Guns N Roses.
Their other video sounds much better.

Nah, the first video they were made to have that hairstyle (welcome to the jungle video) and absolutely HATED it...that was the last time they looked like that...although Hollywood Rose, Axls first band he kind of had that hair blown out...but they are hard rock perfection...Slash always says how the blues inspires his style

Guns and roses were not metal. Not even close. Sabbath was metal. Hell by the time GnR rolled around metal was significantly different.
