Except Mick will occasionally drop casual praise on Bron with no mention in the vid title. I think he believes it. I mostly think he has the WNBA and Euro ball figured out exceptionally, but several of his NBA takes are wack.
I wouldn't say the Spurs were down and out. A ten-point deficit definitely isn't insurmountable. Especially since they had overcome a ten-point deficit earlier in this very game. Spurs are also, like, top 3 in the league for comeback wins.
I like Luka. I'm tired of commentators putting him up there in that top 5 conversation. He's a net negative on D. You can't be "the best in the world" when you are below average on half the court. Joker and SGA are average to above average on D, they aren't negatives. Giannis is elite on both ends. Wemby is the best on D and very good on O.
@@brushylake4606 Wemby shoots too many 3’s. Over 9 per game at 35% is just bailing out the defense, 1.05 ppp is not good. He’s easily over 60% on twos plus a better chance of drawing fouls.
Exactly Wemby is taking 9.2 3's a game at 35.3% while Luka is shooting 35.4% at 9.6 3's a game. Luka is known for his offense Wemby is not so the fact Wemby is matching Luka on the offensive end and destroying him on the defensive end their is no way people can think Luka is better.
Love Castle, unlike Sochan I think his buckets are for the most part his own, he’s super tuff. Sochan has to play off Wemby to get uncontested layups to score for the most part, he plays off of Wemby’s gravity; no problem with this, after all it’s all 2 points at the end of the day, but Castle is clearly more talented at creating for himself.
Love this take. Sochan is a glue guy/5th starter on a very good team. But Castle has a higher ceiling with his blend of self-creation, passing, defense, and time to improve his jumpshot.@xum0007
San Antonio has now beat every California team at least once this season! That’s impressive knowing they are all talented teams for most part, at worst very dangerous teams.
lebron could be blamed for a lot of things post-westbrook, the bronny spot, the coach carousel and jj reddick hiring, not playing defense, messing up the chemistry, usually having a bad +/-, the turnovers, and more
@@SM-zg8mi that's fair but also let's not use his stats when he plays well at 40 to say he is the goat. Up until the age of 35 there was another guy who was miles ahead of LeBron up until the same age. So let's not use LeBrons good old age performances to make his goat case.... Agree?

Lakers have had a negative total points margin basically the whole season so far, being out scored by the teams they faced, odds were always good of ending up below 500. And at some point AD and/or LeBron will be injured, no way they both go two seasons healthy back to back, which is why I had the Lakers out of the play-in with my preseason picks.
@@tribalypredisposed Would normally expect them to be between 9-11 so another likely play-in. The schedule will catch up with them eventually. Their SOS the 2nd half of season is much higher.
@@JarboBombay I didn’t anticipate the Pelicans turning into a hospital ward, and being a Warriors fan I was a bit optimistic there, just a bit. I anticipated the Suns would be this bad, literally picked them for 11th, but still now it gets hard to say which of those three will luck out and get the 10th spot. Two games from 7th to 12th right now.
MJ on the Wizards actually played pretty tough defense until he got hurt, though. He was a constant + in the +/- column instead of the worst on the team.
Lebron forced the Lakers to give Bronny a roster spot which hurts their roster flexibilty
@@jameshex1764 That’s why he added that “off-court” qualifier. They probably have made a ton of $.
How can you not blame LeBron for the Lakers’ 🗑️🔥 Defense?
Bc he is the leader of the team, and sets the standard.
LeBron needs to retire..
More LeBron haters in the comments than lovers. Gets the views.

I'll blame LeBron for a lack of effort on defense.

Congrats on 9K Mick!

I blame LeBron for the Faker's trash defense. He is a cone out there yet they'll blame D' Lo, Reaves, etc.
Kinect has reached his ceiling
Riley Minix of the Spurs (2-way contract) is 24yo. But keep an eye on him b/c next year he'll have a role off the bench.
Loat all respect for this guy. 'Cant blame Lebron'.. what?!
Connect 4 is a rookie that's about four months older than Melo. LaMelo is on year five lol.
I blame Lebron for not retiring. Lebron can still score but he is wsy too slow. He's great on offense, but a complete liability on defense.
