IMPORTANT - When I announced in the video when I arrived in Dakar that I would need a break to prepare for the next part of Africa, I also realized I needed to change something to keep my channel running while I travel through some tough parts of world. Please check my full post on Instagram about this topic (@itchybootstravel) but the bottomline is that I will go back to TWO videos per week instead of three. Every Wednesday and Sunday I will release a video from now on ♥️ Let’s go, IT’S TIME FOR AFRICA! 💪
We are happy to see you again Noraly and to once again join in on your travels! Even though I will miss the Monday, Wednesday, Friday videos I understand that it is a lot of work and you need your rest to stay safe and healthy. Enjoy your journey and share the number of videos per week that works for YOU! Take care out there, you are AWESOME! ❤
Thank goodness you're taking this stressful burden off your shoulders. Burning out isn't fun! Two videos a week is more than generous considering how much effort you put editing etc. Salute!
So great to continue this adventure, and do not worry about the reduced number of episodes, hell id be happy with One a week as long as you are safe, well and mentally happy! Keep on doing whatever you need to do Noraly 🙏🏽
All is right with the world. Noraly is back on the grid and I can once again live vicariously through her amazing adventure. This is a remarkable lady who opens windows that allow us to view the world thru a lens otherwise unobtainable.
I was going through withdrawals from not seeing you! I was thinking about you last night and today here you are! What a wonderful surprise! I'm 72 years old and loving every moment of your trips..I've watched you from the beginning of your RUclips travels.. You're beyond courageous!! Love you Noraly!🌹 God be with you on your journeys!
I am turning 72 in a few days time. At 19 in 1971 I travelled from London to Cape Town. Have just returned from a trip in my Land Cruiser 2 weeks on the Orange River and the Richtersveld wild camping. We are never too old..Keep travelling….xxx
I am a disabled vet and I have gotten inspiration from watching her and her travels. So much so I recently decided to try and take a trip across America on the national trails with a quad electric recumbent bike . I wish her safe travels and best wishes some of those countries are not that safe in Africa and I hope she stays away from the border with Burk and Mali. Quite a bit of kidnapping for random come along those borders. Nigeria is supposed to not be safe for foreigners either.
It is great to hear that you are going to have an adventure based on inspiration from Noraly. I am getting into motorcycling this summer and have put a deposit down on a new bike. Take care!
Noraly is making a lot of motorcycle shop owners very happy! Rides into town, hands her bike to the shop owner and tells him replace everything! They must be amazed. Who the hell is this crazy woman? Noraly you are a shining star wherever you go! Safe travels young lady!
Also the fact that she is hands on with helping work on her bike in the shoppe she receives much respect there,, In any US the shoppe, they would be worried about their liability insurance or worse damage to their male employees tender macho little ego's having a hands on woman helping R&R on her own machine..Again much respect to The Dakar shoppe and Noraly for being so intimately involved & interactive with the whole experience of motorbiking around this wonderous planet.
We are so happy to see you again Noraly and by the looks of you, the break had done you good. Alaska is definitely thanking you for the TLC. If you are ready, we are too, for that next leg of the adventure....
Brave, courageous lady doing this all on your own. I've enormous respect and appreciation for your effforts. Having traveled overland through Africa back in 2001/2, these a LOT of admin, planning and vehicle issues to address to make one's life easier, and safer. Wishing you a fantastic, smooth ride ahead Noraly! Blessings always 🙏 ✨
Woow so impressed 😮! Some of us can barely deal with DMV, passport, visas situations in the US and Mexico and you are over here knocking them out in multiple countries like nothing. Your patience and hard work shows. A lot of respect not easy at all! 💯😊
Welcome back Noraly. You are a brave soul. For those of us who live on this continent we have a saying, “Africa ain’t for sissies!” Praying for your safety as you tackle the next stage. Be safe. 🕊✝️
This subscriber, along with I’m sure tens of thousands of others missed your intelligent, informative, personable and just plain old likable self. That section getting to Dakar had to have had your mind going at warp speed. Glad you took time to collect your thoughts, get necessary maintenance done, so that you can enjoy the next part of your journey with confidence. Welcome Back 🙌🏻
Riding in so many country's, Noraly won't be surprised by anything. My experience is that riding in a big city is a big challenge. Especially when people are going to there work full with stress.
So glad to see you after your break. You look more rested. Happy you are taking care of yourself by reducing your load to two episodes a week. You are the best and much appreciated. We want what is best for your health and happiness.
Welcome back Noraly, we all missed you. And I agree with you knocking it down to two days a week. Maybe it will give you a little more time to enjoy the moment you find yourself in.
Been looking forward to another Itchy Boots video! Thanks Noraly for the best adventure channel on RUclips! Much love to everyone and their families from Cedar City Utah USA currently 🤠💪🙏🏵️🤠
I recall a time in India when Noraly started her journey and didn’t seem to know the business end of a wrench. Now, she looks like a pro mechanic assisting in maintenance work on Alaska. Total growth.
I must admit, I checked your home page a few times making sure I hadn't missed a notification. I'm glad you took the time to rest. Good to see you back
Honda should at the end of your trip take your bike and put it in a museum and then give you a new one. The reliability of Honda is very good and you Noraly are a excellent ambassador for them.
So happy to have our Noraly back! I hope you and Alaska feel rejuvenated! I know Alaska is a happy girl with all the new goodies and fluids. Amazing planning for the next leg. I’m glad you are going to try to slim down the workload...notice I said “try”. Looking forward to all the new adventures ahead with our favorite You Tuber at the helm. Let’s Go!
Woohoo Itchy Boots & Alaska! Noraly, so happy you're doing well & ready for the next leg of this epic African Adventure! Much love, guidance & protection always. 🏆🙌💚😁✨🔥🔥🔥
Oh, so happy to see Noraly again!!! Yes, Alaska needed some tender loving care and thank goodness for that Dakar shop and his crew, they were awesome. Now that Alaska is back on the road again, we are ready for the next leg of the journey and as voracious as we are to see Noraly's videos, we are adjusting to having two videos a week. That means that we will be giving Noraly time to do her traveling, but also time to collect, edit and post the videos and all will be dependent on good internet reception. So Itchy Booters, let's be patient with our Noraly. GO ITCHY BOOTS, GO ... 🏍🏍🏍
Being a man, I'm always amazed at how you can talk so well while riding in traffic. I would be struggling to concentrate on what I'm saying and where I'm going. You're a testament to a woman's superior multi-tasking ability.
Missed you so much! Wonderful to have you back. I've lived in South Africa for over 40 years now and have traveled to various African countries, my heart is in my mouth at the thought of you traveling the horn by yourself, please please be safe, love of God be with you xx
Great to be back looking through Noraly's lense, always an amazing story unwrapping before our eyes. Michelin is supposed to be a good brand of tires, so I'm sure is going to be an awesome ride, as always!!! Can't wait!!! Go Noraly!!! ❤
Welcome, welcome Noraly!! We've missed you so much. You look amazing and well rested.❤ Honestly this is always the fastest 20 minutes!! Time with you goes way too fast! Thank you and stay safe.❤
Hey Itchy Boots! Welcome back to the channel! Glad everything is sorted! What !You didn’t stop for fresh bread? I’m shocked! Great catch on the camera mount! So excited to continue this journey with you Let’s go Itchy Boots!!
Every time I see you helping in servicing Alaska I am reminded of a poster in an auto shop I visited several years ago. Labor rate $100 an hour, if you watch $150 an hour, if you help $200 an hour. Brings a big smile!
Watching Noraly herself servicing parts of Alaska ie change the engine oil etc I won’t be surprised when Noraly has completed/satisfied with her travels on planet earth, she will be having her own Honda dealership across Europe. With professional advice not only which bike to buy for would be bikers, what documents to prepare, which country and what to look for. Noraly has it all. I’m 74 now and I wish to see her bigger succes, hopefully before my creator calls me back.
Yay Noraly, getting your bike completely serviced, getting you some r and r and laying out your agenda for the next few weeks! We’re ready for your next adventure!
hello. really thank you very much for your videos 📹 very nice. Africa is really beautiful, except that you have to be careful of a few countries there. good adventure.
Wonderful to see a new post from you. As a new follower I’ve been binge watching your past posts. Your efforts are insanely inspiring. Your story telling while on the ride simply exceptional. Video images & editing of the highest caliber. Please be safe. The old guy dad in me wants to know that you are taking care of yourself.
Nicely said. I got hooked last year and watched EVERY season and episode some multiple times. Noraly is very intelligent, plus street, desert, and jungle smart way more than many give her credit for. She sets the bar high and we are witnessing something so astounding we may never see it again. She is that amazing. What joy she brings to the world.
I kept checking my computer wondering when you would publish the video...at about 10pm I realized it was Tuesday...lol. You look well rested and looking forward to more Africa on Alaska with a Dutch geologist with the bluest eyes on the planet. Be well and stay safe.
In this episode it was fascinating to get a feel for the chaotic, laidback city of Dakar and follow your continuing maintenance on Alaska. I am eager to watch your next adventures and learn new things about countries I am totally unfamiliar with! Good luck!
In Europe, we're used to traffic lights, road markings, signposts, etc; these roads have none, so everyone has to be completely aware and ready to give way or move forward depending on an immediate, continual, and subconscious, dynamic risk assessment ! It seems safer !
So nice to have you back, Noraly ! Always wise to look after Alaska mechanically. You do seem to be getting the most out of these maintenance intervals. I’ve missed the smile in your voice describing all that you do. The more your own maintenance you partake in will be a great help to you as you gain so much knowledge about your bike(s). We continue to see how much effort goes into these productions, but the finished production is really ‘top drawer’. Peace of mind going forward will certainly help you to enjoy all that you experience…❤❤❤Rick
So happy to see that you are back. I was getting concerned that something awful had happened while you were taking a rest. I must tell you that I am in no way a motorcycle person, but I have lived vicariously through your travels while riding Alaska. I have learned a lot. Thank you!
Glad you are back. You are living my dream. My favourite countries are Morocco, Senegal, Gambia, Mali and Guinea. I would love to visit these countries in the next five years. I love the Kora music instrument.

Very well articulated Frank. I am a changed person because of what she has taught me and shown us through her videos.
You guys are delusional

Our lives can return to some kind of normality!!! - it's been tough without Norally!!!
I think you were trying to get to Norality. 🤣 "Fools rush in ...."
Right? Luckily, thanks to Noraly, I also am following Charlie Sinewan, and he is always entertaining.

Greetings from Germany from another Itchy Booter
Enjoyed the "behind the scenes" MC maintenance, after all its part of the adventure. Props to Noraly for wrenching alongside the mechanics!
The adventure continues! Thanks for taking us along!
Oooh God I have never missed someone so much in my life. Welcome back Noraly. Love from us all in Zimbabwe
Funny I was thinking exact same thing. She has that lovable attractive personality. She reaches the heart, not just the mind
Very cool comment
2 quality episodes per week is still a monumental task. Keep safe and ride on😊
Itchy - never boring - sometimes scratchy!
I have the utmost respect and appreciation for a Girl/Woman who wrenches on her own motor bike....!
Noraly is making a lot of motorcycle shop owners very happy! Rides into town, hands her bike to the shop owner and tells him replace everything! They must be amazed. Who the hell is this crazy woman? Noraly you are a shining star wherever you go! Safe travels young lady!

I agree, money comes to easily !
Calm down and take your meds x
This shop got some pretty good used tires out of the deal, and they certainly won't go to waste.
We are so happy to see you again Noraly and by the looks of you, the break had done you good.
Alaska is definitely thanking you for the TLC.
If you are ready, we are too, for that next leg of the adventure....

Good to see you back👍🏻 One tough bike and one tough girl🤗
This subscriber, along with I’m sure tens of thousands of others missed your intelligent, informative, personable and just plain old likable self. That section getting to Dakar had to have had your mind going at warp speed. Glad you took time to collect your thoughts, get necessary maintenance done, so that you can enjoy the next part of your journey with confidence. Welcome Back 🙌🏻
Well said ~ she is our girl, filled with determination!
Anyone else wondering how she stays so cool driving trough Dakar traffic and narrating at the same time?? My road rage mind would have 🤯 😂
My thoughts exactly!
Riding in so many country's, Noraly won't be surprised by anything. My experience is that riding in a big city is a big challenge.
Especially when people are going to there work full with stress.
""Not much sightseeing "" ? Au contraire ! You gave us a splendid tour of Dakar . Thankyou so much .
She doesn't care she's happy to ride and she's a woman, she knows how to deal with ten different matters at the same time.
Traffic in Dakar, New York, London, Tokyo, Lagos - same challenge. Hence she avoids big cities everywhere she had gone.
HAPPY TO SEE AGAIN AFTER LITTLE BREAK
Nice to see back Noraly in Dakar bike look great be safe!!!!🥰🌵🏍🛠
So glad to see you after your break. You look more rested. Happy you are taking care of yourself by reducing your load to two episodes a week. You are the best and much appreciated. We want what is best for your health and happiness.

Good to see you back. Take care of yourself and don't worry about long or more frequent videos, 15 - 20 mins is great
In this episode it was fascinating to get a feel for the chaotic, laidback city of Dakar and follow your continuing maintenance on Alaska. I am eager to watch your next adventures and learn new things about countries I am totally unfamiliar with! Good luck!
Happy you're back, Noraly! We missed you. Good luck for your next leg! Safe ride 😊
In Europe, we're used to traffic lights, road markings, signposts, etc; these roads have none, so everyone has to be completely aware and ready to give way or move forward depending on an immediate, continual, and subconscious, dynamic risk assessment ! It seems safer !
I can't wait for this trip to start. Love your channel.
