That was brilliant!!!! I just got me a 377, almost the same device, but the juice comes out below the machine and the "dry sausage" at the rear end. Hats off to this restauration!
Thanks a lot for your effort! I recently have seen a lot of restorations of Alexanderwerk household items on different youtube channels. This company is from my hometown Remscheid in Germany. It still exists today, having an american offspring/shareholder company. Their products really were built to last!
Fantastic restoration on this antique juicer. Looks fabulous. I love the colors that you chose also. I enjoy watching your videos they are so calming for me. I almost hated to see you use it. Its dirty now.😂🤣
Amazing job. And looking at that room during the testing part at the end there, I see you got an eye for taste and detail. You sir have my respect. Excellent work
Bonjour The Fabrik, toujours aussi sympa vos vidéos. Merci. Je vois que vous remettez à neuf votre cuisine :-) ! Au moins, c'est de l'équipement durable ! On attend la suite avec grand intérêt !
Thank you Damien. Actually I still have the same setup... In the previous videos I used to put the ligths here and there, full power, and I didn’t take care of how it looked like. I’m now trying to adjust the light more carefully... well I’m glad you noticed all my efforts !! 😃🙌
Loved the video! First time I've ever recognized a really old brand name, ladb did a video on an old book press from that company. The handles were brass balls, made that gold paint on yours seem even more fitting somehow
@@TheFabrik Oh no, I misremembered who did that book press! you're right it was My Mechanics, I watch both their channels and I guess I got them a bit mixed up!
Damn, man, u did a fantastic job ! The juicer looks beautiful ! It´s a pity that here in Germany, such things land in the trash....I´ve seen so many juicers like this one, and other similar stuff from " Alexanderwerk " being thrown away ( I work at a Recycling shop ) , because they´re dirty, rusty, and just out of fashion.....great u saved one !
I read a few comments and didn't see it mentioned. Nickel plating is not considered "food-safe" and can have toxic results. It can cause kidney and liver damage. Zinc or Tin platings would be better for anything coming into contact with food. Though it has to be kept in mind that those need to be renewed more often.
G'day mate well what can you say but bloody marvellous, Again you attention to detail is superb. That's a beautiful colour that you painted the main body with, just a thought have you considered getting button taps you would be able to give the threads a good clean up you wouldn't need many any they are cheep it's just a thought. It brought back memories when I was in high school doing wood work we used shellac back then, anyway great seeing you restoring things and this piece is so old and now it's new again and works take care kind regards John
Thank you so much John !... again :) I really do love that shellac oil. But I missed the point, what are button taps ?? Also the threads. Sorry I didn't understand
That was brilliant!!!!

The handle is a dream. Top job
Thank you ! 🙌
This is one of the very best restoration videos I've seen on RUclips.
It will age better now, into a fine vintage piece.
I love that gold paint. It's like the surface of the sun.
