I wonder what difference, both procedure-wise and the final result, among different V series, i.e. 500 series, 2000 series and 200 series, mated with 907x 100c? 1) Lack of metering capability of 500 and 2000 series, can we use the live view function of digital back to get through-the-lens EV values? 2) The difference between focal plane shutter, like 2000 and 200 series, and digital back cfv 100C's e-shutter in terms of rolling shutter effect? Dose it make C lens with in-lens shutter a better choice? Do you suggest C/CF lens with leaf shutter a better choice so for owners of 2000/200 would keep focal plane shuter open and use C/CF lens shutter speed up to 1/500? 3) If so what would be the real advantage of F lens, like 110mm/f2?
note: at 4:09 the 'T' lever doesn't work like that, it only functions on the BUTTON, it locks it, the cable release hits the switch further inside this sleeve, which the button also hits. To do what you are showing, aka for live view, you need a CF lens and set it to F mode, to keep the shutter open, then operate the m-up switch, or press the paddle of the 200 series rearwards, this opens the shutter/Baffle, so you can now see through the camera +lens, re-cock to shoot.
Hasselblad would benefit from a larger sensor - 6x4.5, similar to H6d-100. Everything else every other camera company has already done in medium format.
@@G4nymede + anti-shake function. Image sensor's defects increase with device area. That translate to its cost. Cost reduction would be possible if under demand. Also writing to native 6X6 would take longer, demand more power, much more heat and less pictures per battery, Then what is the real merit of medium format if resolution of image sensor is high enough while the noise was low and dynamic range is good? Large film size was much easier so we can get large picture, large printout. I wonder when we can get a life size digital printout of our portrait? "I am standing next to a life size 2D rendering of me!"
Now I really want want a 907X 100C! Brilliant video...hope to see more in the future.

Great tutoria. Are you ever going to sell an all new film camera?
Dear Hasselblad, please bring out a 6X6 digital back ❤
Sony will have to sell a 6x6 sensor

one wish, can we just buy the CFVii50C or the CFV100C without the 907x body, to add to our 200/500 series.

georgeous video, the opening is just a stunning display of the magic of cinema camera

i would love to see a native 6x6 sensor that has a 6x4.5 crop mode

Why isn't the sensor a square format like the negative 6 x 6?
Very nice tutorial.

Dear Hasselblad. Please can we have a fix in Phocus for the PDAF banding when using wide angle technical lenses?
Is this compatible with 903SWC?
Yes it is, I use my CFV100C on that body, the lens performs beautifully.
Yes. But remember the crop factor. The 38mm lens is equivalent to a 30mm on the 44x33mm sensor, rather than 31mm on 6x6 film.

Could you not have invested in a proper script, read by a human?
my god, that jagging from shutter speed drive me crazy, beautiful video but the shutter speed makes me dizzy 😮💨
33x44mm sensor is too small for a 6x6cm Camera and it is too expensive ! Make a 55x55mm digital back.
Sony does not make a 6x6 sensor.

Una excelsa obra de ingeniería de extraordinaria calidad, la recomiendo ampliamente
