As for expert skill the 2nd cat rewards have additional reward 1 star rank up material and more gold acquired. The legendary skill takes longer time to get there now at 20% on expert since 4 days I unlock it. owh and Silvia bargain skill doesn't include ability pills. So don't expect to have her to get discount for ability pills.
GuitarRock was very off base on his evaluations of Rou. Rou is one of the best characters in the game. Her knockback skill is basically a guaranteed kill and then she can dodge most attacks, plus it's super low SP. She's not a character used in "cheese stages", she's used in the entirety of the game.

make sure you didnt accept her quest in chapter 4 and if you did cancel it because she wont be in the pub as long as you are in the process of doing her quest. If thats not the case theres a rumor that if you get her free alternate costume that will cause it but there doesnt seem to be proof of that.

liatris is nuts i kinda had a hard time with last chapter because i spent most of resources on her and i have her one shot basically every battle aside boss battles i was lucky to get her with tickets idk how useful she would be if you recruit her at the end tho by the time you get to the end you likely have a decent team but if you like her design get her shes probably one of the best just damage unit in the game good burst insane range and even has dot so even if someone did survive the initial hit theyre likely dead to burn unless boss edit: idk what to do with the scroll thing maybe i should just get olstein and sylvia to maximize my resources but kinda a waste since i doubt ill ever use them im thinking of rou since shes probably my fav character when i first saw the game but liatris kinda took that after she hard carried me maybe i can add her to my rotation my current team is double buff liatris justia wiggle/kry maybe i can add rou there maybe for justia im really looking forward to the 5 stars getting buffed i feel bad because i have celia, seir, elise, anastia, rafina, and scheherazade costume that has barely gotten any play if any
im totally unimpressed by liatris honestly. everybody said that "wait for chapter 8 to test her lvl 60, she will clear out everything by herself"...well i tested it...shes a low dmg lvl 60 piece of garbage lol. xD sure, obtaining her, i could pump her up with gear and stuff but as it seems we can only get one copy of every character due to pub scrolls, there is no way i's invest two 5* scrolls to get her up to +1 and then im done for...nope nope nope. better wait until the dev changed the pub system. right now it sucks sweaty balls. especially its nowhere mentioned. wasted 15k on pub refresh until realized that by myself. expensive teaching.

When you use discount a different menu shows up with the discounted prices. Ability pills are not on the list of things you could purchase.

Just know plus 5+ 3* doesnt ban them from the pub the only 3* i havent maxed is the painter Wiggle.

already got liatris from daily pulls. might consider to get her at +1 in order to decrease sp. i really love those carpet bombing skill.
Gray’s alternate costume also has 3x3 physical skip, but it’s obviously RNG if you pull it. His skill also costs 6.

She is not going to be there if you are doing her sidequest but she will return if you are done with it.
