    Cipolla's 5 Laws of Stupidity:
    1) Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation.
    2) The probability that a certain person be stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person.
    3) A stupid person is one who causes harm to another person or group of people without benefiting from it, and possibly even causing harm to themselves.
    4) Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals.
    5) A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.

Stupidity is the inability to understand information due to a lack of knowledge, combined with the arrogance to believe you already have the answers.
In an era where information is increasingly commoditised and readily accessible, those who combine knowledge with humility will remain free, rather than being subjected to the influence of others using AI to shape the lives of many.
Success stems from the ability to take action based on knowledge, rather than passively consuming information without true understanding or appreciation.

Actually they need each other; Evil needs the stupid people to carry out the evil. Evil is never satisfied with just having evil ideas, the evil genius thinks "what good is my evil if I can't put it into action? Burn, baby, slash, trash, and mash". Maybe evil needs what makes stupid, a boring, sterile society... It's so boring those routines, seeing others having stuff I want, not having abundant money, having law restrict me, just can go shopping, can't get wild, or carry out revenge, or be helping in a generous capacity because the clever rich lobby in their favor.

My son has an autoimmune disease. My husband and I have spent a lot of money, and have flown him around the world looking for answers. We have racked up a lot of medical debt. My son is 12, and will live with me the rest of his life if things don't improve. One thing I have learned is people that know absolutely nothing about my son's condition love to tell me what I need to do. It is always very basic advice. They really think I can just give him a vitamin, and everything will be solved. I never ask for these people's advice because I know they know jack shit about any of it .I have learned to stay quiet. I think they mean well. They are just clueless. They feel good about themselves when they tell me what to do. I just listen. I have already given that vitamin, but I let them go on about it. It makes them feel good about themselves to have all the answers. It also puts distance between me and them. They could never have my problem because they would solve it. They judge me for flying around the world looking for answers. They have all the answers. My world is full of uncertainty. I live in the realm of gray. I have to. This is why I stay quiet. I walk between the veil of their black and white answers. They will never live in my world. My gray world terrifies them, but I am a lot wiser because I live in the land of gray. I am a lot kinder, and empathetic to people that have chaos in their life. I understand that chaos. I understand that strange void. I have learned to be quiet. I have learned to listen. I have learned how to walk into someone else's gray world, and just listen.

I really learnt how selfish people are and how much they don't care. Not needing validation is really important it has helped me find peace and self-reliance

I have been labelled as having an above average intelligence on multiple occasions or having been praised for the knowledge I possess/have acquired over the years, yet looking back at life, I did some really darn stupid things in the past (and hopefully a fair bit less in the future), begging the question when in reflection: "What the heck was I thinking?!" With leaders though, it's magnified due to the power over organizations these individuals wield; it's like maintaining leveraged positions in the financial markets, as both the upside potentials, as well as the downside risks are greatly enhanced. In the end, strive for wisdom while cultivating humility, irrespective of the particular life path you pursue!

You can have a great store of knowledge, but all that knowledge is useless without the wisdom to utilize that knowledge. I always strive to keep learning, people often say "You don't know everything" and they are correct, but that doesn't mean I should stop trying to learn more than I know, merely that I must gain wisdom alongside my knowledge to determine what I do with the knowledge.
This is one of my favorite and ultimately a super complex thought. You can know a lot and be as stupider than the guy who knows very little, because that guy has lived longer, and has more wisdom and experience.

ROFL someone educated telling someone else what stupid is, and saying certainty is the point failure. So. No. Dumb is= you don't know. Stupid is= you knew, and you did it anyway. Stupid's gradient is called experience. And experience is the event and emotion bound into one and stored as memory. Then there is the stupid that transcends all - the ultra-dangerous stupid that is less preferable than the diabolical criminal mind. Because the later has logic and cunning. The former is oblivious beyond oblivion.
