Hi Robyn! I'm so sorry to hear about that. I STILL feel amazing. I've had to adjust my meds a few times bc of my bloodwork - but I felt a major change once it was out and I know it had to be affecting me for many months/years prior just by the vast difference I felt and still feel. Sending prayers for healing and please keep me posted
So sorry for all you have been through, but glad you are on the mend and doing so well. The scar is tiny and healing beautifully. I love your videos, you are unusually genuine and pleasant......please come back regularly when you are up to it.
Aww thank you so much, what a sweet message. That really helps to hear. I'm still fighting infertility and all the pain of that, so your message really brightens my spirit - thank you so much
Oh my goodness Christy that's awful! So glad you're feeling better now. I have an under active thyroid. I was diagnosed 6 years ago and have been on a very low dosage of thryroxine since then. I was supposed to go for another blood test after my diagnosis but I'm so terrified of them, I put it off for 6 whole years!!! I went last week for a blood test (and fainted - told you I hate them!) and my thyroid was still very underactive. My dose has been doubled and I'm also anaemic. After only 4 days of being on the new higher dose and on my iron tablets, I'm feeling so so much better. It's amazing what we put up with isn't it, but we must look after ourselves! Having an overactive/underactive thyroid is so awful! Much love to you xxx.
Hi! I am so sorry to hear about your struggles too - that is a long time. And you fainted?! I have that problem too! I fainted twice at doctors in the past - it's just awful! I'm so happy you are feeling better with more iron. We both need to stay closely monitored even if doc visits are scary. Eek! haha Wishing you the best health possible. Sending much love to you
I have endometriosis. I was diagnosed last month with graves. I was told mine is severe also. My symptoms are anxiety through the roof, weak legs and arms, if I do basic housework my legs are jello and it’s hard to walk. Tremors, I sleep hot also, I itch all over it’s so bad. Tachycardia 130 resting, over 220 doing housework , and palpitations, I have fatigue and always sleepy. Never felt hungry all the time but lost 30lbs. My liver blood tests revealed high and lower liver counts, my endocrinologist believes my liver will repair once my graves is handled. I’m on the max dose of methimazole, and on propranolol, the latter not helping my symptoms much. I do blood tests every month. When it’s time to make a choice, I am choosing a thyroidectomy, because I’ve read of so many people who had Radiation ablation and are suffering after, really suffering. Update, I’ve been on Methimazole for 3 months and now i have hypothyroidism, my tsh shot up within the last month. Now I’m experiencing hypothyroidism symptoms, what a flip flop of symptoms. I’m waiting for my endocrinologist to contact me regarding lowering the Methimazole dose more.

Well - thanks again for brightening my spirit - I love your message
OMG My heart goes out for you. I'm so sorry to hear that about your health but I'm so glad to see that you are feeling much better. My prayers and love goes out to you.

Thank you Julie - you couldn't be more right. I completely agree on everything you said. He is great and I am so thankful to Him for showing me this when He did and continuing to help me through all of this and give me strength. Thank you for such a beautiful message
Awe Christi this morning while my son and I prayed before school I prayed for you and will continue to do so. If you want there is a beautiful prayer you can pray every morning it's called the Morning Offering Prayer. God Bless you and may he keep you and may our Blessed Mother wrap you in her Mantle and bring your prayers to God.
I missed your face! gald your doing well. my mother had what you had but her was cancerous and had to get both thyroids removed she had to have two surgeries! such a strong woman!
Aww - I miss you too! And I'm so sorry to hear about your mom - but so happy she got the cancer removed. And yes - what a strong woman for sure - sorry she had to go through that twice. Sending hugs to you and your mom, thanks for the sweet message.
Oh my god Christy! I've been so worried about you. I think you both have gone through so much already but it's good that you went through this surgery. Hi! Oh - you are always SO sweet - thank you so much for your kind words and support, what an amazing person you are to care so much. I'm truly touched. And I hope to do more and more videos - I really feel like I can handle them now
Thank you for sharing your story. This is honest, personal, and touching. I know that you being able to share this will help someone going through the same thing. I am so happy that you are feeling so much better. It sounds so scary what you went through. You are so brave to open up and talk about it. You are so lucky, your husband sounds like he is loving and supportive. BTW, I have a scar just like yours mine however is from cervical fusion spine surgery. Yeah it kinda sucks. But the payoff was so worth it like I'm sure it is for you. I had chronic pain for years and tried everything. I was so scared of surgery but I am so glad I did it. So anyways I hope you continue to feel better, take care. I love all your videos and I am so happy for you and your success. 💜
Thank you so much for your sweet words! I'm sorry to hear what you went through, but am so happy your outcome was a positive one. Thank you so much about your sweet comment about Pat...he is truly is so supportive and I am so blessed to have him through all this. Sending big hugs to my scar sister, XOXO!
Bless your ❤️. I pray you get better and fast. I deal with the opposite, hypothyroidism. Fatigue, tired, lethargic, and barely functioning. 😔 stay strong and thanks for sharing your story. It makes life so hard when you are expected to function and work and take care of family when all you would be happy sleeping your life away.
I am going through the hell you described. Surgery is scheduled and yes, I am scared. Did you take Methimazole? I struggle with it. Did they have you take it up till the day before and did they also want you to take iodine for 10 days? How long did you take the medicine before surgery?
Thank you so much for sharing, I was diagnosed with hasimotos disease last year. I am on medication to keep my goiters from growing but it is like a roller coaster I feel good for s few weeks and then my body seems to fit me.
Aww I am so sorry to hear that - hopefully you feel better soon. Just keep an eye on it and keep your stress levels down, that's the most important for you right now. Sending big hugs
Congratulations for u feeling better, I have done thyroidectomy couple of days ago too (graves as well) May i ask if u noticed a change in your eyes after the surgery? Im really afraid to still develop eye symptoms bulging especially 😢 U know i think the vaccine was the reason it triggered it in the first place
You really are amazing in so many ways. You put yourself out there and give 100% all the time. Thank you. May God bless you with something so wonderful that you know it could have only come from Him.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I know this sounds crazy but have you looked into a plant based diet? I was haveing a lot of different problems and I have been plant based for 3 years and all my problems went away. (Dr. Michael gregor has a lot of info) or the documentary forks over knives. it doesn't hurt to try.
I will continue to pray that your health gets better and better! I wish I was there to comfort you, I feel I've I've known you forever! Get well my sweet friend! I'm just a phone call away. 😘
Thank you so much Lori - I wish too. You are amazing and I can't thank you enough. We really have known each other for a long time now - that's so fun! Sending lots and lots of love
I’m so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I hope you are doing better now. I will keep you in my prayers.
Been dealing with Graves for 10 years now. This video gives me hope. Getting ready to book for surgery.
