@Aras G Minecraft is all about creating and changing the things around you, change is a part of the game and Pigstep belongs in Minecraft just as much as Chirp or Cat. By this logic you could say Stal doesn't belong because it's literally smooth jazz.
This song captures for me that duality of the beautiful VS scary "wild" that Minecraft is leaning into more and more for the upcoming updates.

lena did a great job. Even though it is totally different from c418s music discs, it still somehow resonates with minecraft in general, and brings about the same emotions from a dedicated minecraft player over 5 years.

"Other side" as a name fits this song perfectly since it does not (aside from Pig step) have the same sound as the other discs. The "neutral" sound in Minecraft music is some what retained in the discs but are now different with Pig step and Other side.
Yeah, lena raine is such a good composer. She made the "new gen" of music discs (pigstep and otherside) while retaining the values of the "old gen" music discs by c418

I'm definitely not 100% sold on the new ambient tracks, but I can say that Otherside is a pretty damn good music disc, probably up there with Wait and Far as one of my favorites

They should add music for all unique biome types;Desert, Savanna and badlands, oak forest and plains, birch and flower forest, dark forest, jungle, snowy, and maybe village music for each type of village.

No ones changing my mind, this is my new favorite music disc. Of course, I said that last year, too. Basically, the Minecraft updates get better each time, and the newest thing is always my favorite. So if another disc is added, it’ll probably, yet again, knock this one off it’s pedestal, but for now this is my favorite.

I really love to see how Lena Raine is spicing up the Minecraft Soundtrack. Both her discs sound amazing, but also the general music she made for overworld and Nether are awesome! If we ever get another overhaul of the end, I can't wait for her to create some good ol' End Music.

I feel like this really captures aspects of both old minecrafts general feal and also the feel of modern minecraft. The melody stays the similar which to me represents the nostalgia, but also the elements that are constantly added to the song represent that the game is still moving forward. Thank you for reading my overthinking thoughts about block game music.

C418 is so nostalgic simply because we’ve heard their music over the past 10+ years, but that doesn’t mean Lena Raine and Kumi Tanioka aren’t as talented.
There’s plenty of time for us to create beautiful memories which we’ll look at in few years with the same nostalgia we have now while listening to Mice on Venus.

"Otherside" really fits the song because it does really show the mysterious and dangerous side of Minecraft while the C418 tracks are mostly peaceful and calm side of Minecraft, a great music disc to add in an update full of danger and mysterious new world generation.

I just remembered recently playing some modded Minecraft with me and the boys and we came across a tower with some loot, a jukebox and the otherside disc in an item frame and we just vibed for 5 minutes straight, putting aside everything, forgetting about our modded village getting invaded by modded pillagers just because of the insane talent put into this fantastic disc. I also get a strong sense of nostalgia from this song, makes me remember the good times, the first world me and my friend made in mcpe, the first time me and my friend went caving in mcpe together. So many memories.

Story:
As someone is racing though the caves with a new iron pickaxe to the diamonds they found, they see an opening, leading to deeper caves, they start to enter this cave, overgrown with grass and lush leaves.
They went along this green path and start hearing this, they approach this music and to their shock they see a ravine, all the way up from the sky.
And parrots are everywhere. Dancing to this music someone is playing.
The adventurer chooses to join in.

Even though this song is decently new, compared to some other discs, it already brings back memories. Just recently I was in a Minecraft server with 7 of my friends and it was hardcore. The goal was to beat the game in one sitting. One person died quite early on due to lag, and three died in a raid. It was just four left, me included. I found this disc and made a jukebox and brought them everywhere. I brought this and Cat everywhere we went, the Nether, and even the End. We ended up beating it after a while and this song just reminds me of just how fun those adventures were.
I wish people would stop comparing c418 and Lena, there music works in there own ways.
This is a masterpiece and should be played at every wedding and every gaming montage from now on.

i grew up in Taiwan and this track reminds me of the very early 2000s when I was very little, watching MTV with my family at my grandma's house during chinese new year playing 王心凌's songs. Much reminiscence and kinda bittersweet to recall that piece of memory.

And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now. I haven't seen people pointing out that at 1:45 one of the main synths used is the same synth that they use for madeline's voice in celeste, which lena raine composed sone music for.

Story: 0:00 two players, one on one side of a ravine one on the other side. They wave as one says "I'll meet you on the other side"
0:20 they travel trough many biomes as they discover more structures . one finds a ravine other finds a dungeon
1:44 the one in the ravine starts fighting creepers and zombies. As the one in the dungeon sees the skeleton spawning from the spawner and he fights too
2:10 they are now travelling to the stronghold one with a boat other one is sprinting trough the forest
2:28 they find the stronghold and they insert the eyes in
2:34 they enter the end and they both fight the dragon together
2:46 the ender dragon beaten they high five
2:59 they see the dragon egg. They fight over it as they both jump towards it together
3:12 it all ends.

Out of my years playing Minecraft, I’ve never beaten the game like ever because my friends would get bored, or just lost interest. Just a few weeks ago me and my best friend decided to make a world just for me and him. As of now we have a big base tons of diamonds, big farm, op enchantments, and full netherite armor. Last night I found the end portal!!!. We are so close to finishing the game. And while exploring I found this music disc inside a chest in the fortress. To finish the night, my friend and I decided to listen to the disc to close up the night. I did not expect it to go this hard. Today after school we are gonna kill the ender dragon. Wish us the best guys.

the beginning sounds like the sun is rising and the music is getting better
Otherside just pulls my heart toward it and reminds me that when life is difficult there is always a way to brighten it at least a little. Along the way you meet new people see new things but no mater what happens you can adventure and make life more interesting. At the end you will be happy because you had a interesting life with lots of people you meet. So basically I think of a person exploring through the world and doing the persons best to survive while meeting people and in the end everyone the person met and everything the person collected over the years was with the person and the person had a peaceful ending where she was happy.

Considering that the nether update and now the caves and Cliffs part 2 are getting new disc and music I think it's safe to say the wild update is getting music disc and new music too. I feel like the possible new music disc in the wild update will be found in the deep dark relating to the sculk maybe a distraction disc for the warden
The Warden will not be affected by Jukeboxes. Unless the Warden destroys them, they would be overpowered distractions. I can see a Music Disc in the Deep Dark though, would be a (relatively) easy piece of loot to add and Music Discs are just fun.

People are hating on Lena Reine, because they miss C418, but I think they both are really good. C418 is for relaxing moments, while Lena Reine is for adventurous moments.
