thanks for your help! ours wasn't a belt but (please don't laugh because i don't know the technical terms) the arm for the pedals somehow jumped off the pin that helps engage whatever that arm is that you can see between the sides of the belt you checked. we never would have thought to pull the battery and its sleeve and look down from that angle, had it not been for this video. 😄
❤That pulley that you had to put the belt back on you might want to think about replacing that since it looked like the other side of the pulley was pretty much melted

It’s not in the best of shape. I should order it and have it on hand for when it fails.
First thing I would have done is wash my tractor then take off the deck so I have a clear view of everything underneath
To each their own. I’m usually in a rush and roll with what I have. 😂
My belt did the same thing. I put it back on the pulley and it continues to pop off. What do you think, possibly need a new belt?
Is the pulley is good shape? Or is the belt keeper missing? I wouldn’t think it’s the belt unless it got really stretched out
