I am big time rasam fan and i always search and try new types of rasams just because i love rasam. This thippili rasam is my most favourite one. I used to do this in kummutti aduppu in irumbu vaanali when i was young (i started cooking at the age of 6). Thanks for bringing some nostalgia. God bless.

My.mom does without cooked dhall and I have made this my ritual twice a month. And this is the go to rasam when you have fever. Appa smashes rice like for a baby and this hot rasam and cover yourself with bedsheet for an hour. We sweat and fever comes down so does body pain

Happy Grandparents Day!!!🌷🌷 Also in this season that is from june to Jan the digestion power will be less compared to summer... this is also a reason... KaNda thippili body pain a koraikkum. Infact in many households, idhai aluppu rasam nu solluva. We dont add arisi thippili though. Seeragam and kadugu thaaLippen, will add a sundaikkai size vellam. No coriander, only karuveppilai.
