I knew this math teacher in highschool who couldnt stop talking about getting a motorcycle and how he's getting one this week. He came back to school the next week in a cast. Apparently he bought a nice harley like streetglide or something, gunned it into a curb and wrecked. I was embarrassed for him. Now he can't brag to all the underage girls in class about his motorcycle.

I need to live here, so many helpful people. Damn.
My initial comment was, just being reckless and going too fast. After a couple of minutes that changed to real appreciation in you sharing how it all goes wrong real fast. Glad you weren't hurt.
My German driving instructor used to laugh. They’d bring a group of new riders to a huge parking lot for free practice of low speed maneuvers. The only instruction was to stay away from the one tree in the middle. Sure enough every course at least one person would hit the tree and everyone seemed to circle it. Target fixation.
@@esteved1812 : to crash into a cactus 🌵 is like running into a tree.. motorcycle accidents are whammy loaded, the initial impact, over the bars to another impact,, then the pickling impalement of cactus needles and finally the violent body slam to the ground.. other injuries acquired are not yet revealed.. hopefully the machine doesn't burst into flames.
Glad you are alright, bro. Don't blame the shield or the sun though. You were driving too fast , and you know it. I ride an Ultra with same wind screen. Don't have a problem because you are tall enough to look over it.
The best part of this video is the people stopping by asking if he was ok... while offering help. Definitely a nice neighborhood... And I'm glad you're ok...
I bought a river fishing boat two years ago. Twenty one feet, twenty horse motor. Seem an easy endeavor. Getting rather smooth putting in and taking out. Haven’t sank yet. The river is mean. The lake is mean. Wind, waves, current and other boats need attention. A motor bike would be all this learning all over. Seems it’s true speed kills. Not paying attention don’t care if you scratch your money thing. Fishing from my boat is fun. Paying attention is the full time job. All the fellows that helped me, I was lucky for you folks to keep me going. Even a flat bottom boat takes experience.
Damn you know you in a good neighborhood when the white folks are stopping to help and seem really concerned about a Blackman down on a Harley. It actually was a beautiful thing to see. That dude stopped got out his suv and stayed to make sure a broth was okay. Gotta salute them ✊🏿
I was going to say something similar...nice to see a fellow MAN helping another fellow MAN out when he's down. Race or color of skin be damned...we are all in this together!
Same here, I was going to comment on that too... I really appreciate the people that stopped for you. I’ve gone down before only to have people drive by me and stare at me like I’m retarded.... respect to you and glad you ok my G..
I’ve seen this a lot in many different communities when you’re on a motorcycle. I blew a tire in San Antonio coming from a friend’s house and was waiting on a tow truck. About 20 people stopped to check on me and the last family that stopped let me sit in their van with them until the tow truck arrived. When they’re not distracted by their cell phones or trying to cuss you out for lane splitting, cagers can be alright sometimes😎
This is the most ridiculous crash I’ve seen in a long time. Glad you’re ok. Whatcha hauling ass on roads you’re not familiar with? Sun in your eyes on roads you know is not too bad. Straight speeding down road and through a round about. SMH!

"I went right through the thing, I didn't see, the sun was in my eye..." ??? Uhhhh, dude.... SLOWWW DOWWWWNN!!!

I know the exact feeling of your pride being crushed after you wreck and it’s your fault 100%… everyone stopping to check on you haha all you want to do is get the bike up and get at least a block away from the crash site and sit down and collect yourself in peace 🤣 dragging the bike over the curb had me dying lmao

The fact you record this, chose to upload it, and recorded yourself taking a bath is crazy 😂😂😂
i'm glad there was grass! God watching over you bruh.
I was thinking that too
Bruh
It's a miracle. 😂
When you fall like that on the bike when it's on it's side, to lift it up, put your back to the seat and squat, and use your legs to lift the bike up. I'm glad you're okay!💯
I'm happy folks is ok 👌 daaang that was crazy, but he made it out... nice 👌
In addition to that folks, your right when it comes to how you pick up the bike, they teach how to do so in them class when taking the courses
Obviously 🙄 he has taken no Courses
You gotta admit, he's damn strong, though! Picking it up and dragging it over the curb. Must have been lots of adrenaline.
I’ve had a few close calls with the sun in my eye, but not going 20-30mph over the speed limit 😂
Damnation…I’m glad you came out ok…takes courage and humility to share this video…keep on keeping on!
Material things are replaceable as we know but most importantly, you’re ok and you returned home to your family in one piece. Praises to the most high.
I understand material things are replaceable and long as your healthy that's all that matters but to buy these material things takes a lot of hard hours of work and busting you're ass so I definitely understand how dropping a new motorcycle can feel these bikes can cost as much as 40k that's not peanuts
I love the fact of how people care when seeing someone in distress. It’s far from what the press tries to depict. Glad you are ok. Makes me wonder if I should change my mind about getting back into motorcycles
This is what riding faster than your skill level is like 1 on 1 !!
Those people who stopped to check and offer help was great. Saying I'm ok and passing up on help not so good. But shock embarrassment pride got in the way. Glad you didn't get seriously hurt the bike can be fixed go carefully fella!
My brother be careful out there, Sunlight can be a killer. Thank God for that man, the angel who came to watch over you!!! We live and we learn, hopefully to ride another day!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I don’t comment on RUclips but I had to come drop a word to say big up to that dude that helped. He was so damn helpful and genuine. I literally gave an audible: “Awwww” while he was helping. We need more of these kind of people, man. Sorry about what happened though. Glad you’re ok.
Edit: I posted this while I was still watching. As I’m watching more. I need to live here, so many helpful people. Damn.
he said he was used to ride , that's the biker code . always help a brother indeed
The crash wasn’t funny , but the way he was dragging the bike had me in tears 😭 😂
Mann my stomach still hurting from that drag 🤣🤣🤣
Bad enough he crashed...
but DONT DRAG IT..!!!
Lol 😝
I felt his pain on that drag... Your like f@$& it! Damage done get it up lol
Oh fuk😂😂😂😂. So Tru!!!!
Had to get that side to match
My initial comment was, just being reckless and going too fast. After a couple of minutes that changed to real appreciation in you sharing how it all goes wrong real fast. Glad you weren't hurt.
This reminds me of the guy who drove through the middle of the Sahara desert & crashed into the only cactus tree in a fifty mile radius.
Oh Man too funny! lolol I take it the cactus was in the wrong place at the wrong time !lolol
Lmfap
My German driving instructor used to laugh. They’d bring a group of new riders to a huge parking lot for free practice of low speed maneuvers. The only instruction was to stay away from the one tree in the middle. Sure enough every course at least one person would hit the tree and everyone seemed to circle it. Target fixation.
by operating to close to the island wall rider lost focus of the road space positioning and couldn't see it..
@@esteved1812
: to crash into a cactus 🌵 is like running into a tree..
motorcycle accidents are whammy loaded,
the initial impact, over the bars to another impact,,
then the pickling impalement of cactus needles and finally the violent body slam to the ground..
other injuries acquired are not yet revealed..
hopefully the machine doesn't burst into flames.
Glad you are alright, bro. Don't blame the shield or the sun though. You were driving too fast , and you know it. I ride an Ultra with same wind screen. Don't have a problem because you are tall enough to look over it.
Might be why the mph gages are blurred
He just forgot his shades
My guy you were driving way too fast through residentials

It's your transparency that speaks volumes about your character.
Much respect for posting this and being humble about the experience. We all make mistakes.
Solid dude who stopped and helped you out.
Glad you're ok but you was going way to fast for the area and skill level. Much respect for showing drivers what not to do. Stay safe kid
That guy helping you out a real one!!! Dudes a fellow rider and checking on the bike!! Good for him!! Glad he’s okay
So that’s gonna be the majority of people.
Hey bro! Hope you are fine! It happens sometimes, but you get up and ride again. Never give up👍
I’ve seen this a lot in many different communities when you’re on a motorcycle.
SMH!
Wrong. Sun in your eyes is NEVER ok. It doesn't matter that you know the road if you cant see an animal in front of you, or debris due to the sun blinding you. He wasn't properly equipped
ive never had that much sun in my eyes that i dont see the road anymore, he went intothat roundabout like it was a straight street LMAO
The dragging part had me dying. I almost had a legit heart attack. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 And you posted this....🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

This kid knows how to ride. I've watched a few of his videos, problem is, he has almost a zero fear factor & thats great on the track. However, on the street no fear will end you.
Go watch "Ride Like a Pro" Y.T. channel & learn how a 75 year old lady can pick that bike up with ease.
You dont "drive" a motorcycle, you ride a motorcycle. He DEFINITELY knows how to ride a motorcycle. DO YOU ?????

@@KTM1290Super_Adventure_s lost in translation. I was referring specifically to you saying he doesn’t know how to “drive” a motorcycle. I was talkying about your comment. I was not asking you if you ride or “drive” a motorcycle as you call it.
He may know how to ride but he doesn't know how to ride within the bonds of safety. He easily could have had a head on collision with an innocent driver in that situation. He's very lucky he hit a curb instead of a car
Hey man I am happy you are ok. I agree with a comment here where someone mentioned "your problem was speed and a lack of motorcycle skills". They took the words right out of my mouth. I strongly suggest you take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) basic course through your local Harley Davidson Riding Academy before you go blazing like that again. Again, I am happy you were not seriously injured and I am would bet you all the bikers here have dropped or been in accidents too I know I have. So live and learn bro. Peace out!
This right here is a teaching tool for many many many others. Respect your bike and respect your speed!!!
I see a lot of hate from people of the “ bike community “ like they never had an accident or maybe dropped their bike … so to you my guy much respect !!!
Facts.
But a lot of people are not squids like this guy, proper gear include sunglasses
This wasn't an accident though. Dude didn't know the road, he couldn't see because of the sun, yet chose to just keep accelerating. The crash was caused by poor choices, not an accident.
Glad you landed in a soft spot and didn’t connect with that tree! Great to see all those folks stopping and offering help. Take care!
Its crazy how fast the "oh shit" happens. Glad you're ok. Unfortunately motorcycles dont often teach lessons to the rider... usually only the people left behind that get to learn from it.
God I felt that moment when you were moving the bike yourself, I feel like I’ve been there, adrenaline, wanting to get bike up before another person drives by watching me struggle to move it, wanting to just flip shit... glad you made it out tho
