Very interesting. I sometimes hide from people I know in public. But the reason is because I don't want to have to talk to them. It has nothing to do with how I look or what they think of me. It just feels like I have to entertain them and it takes a lot out of me. Also, I don't care how I look. I can't change my facial features so why worry about it. If they don't like it, that's their problem. Besides I have had friends and relationships before, so I know I must fall within normal limits. I try to take care of my grooming and hygiene, but that's about the best I can do. I don't think you are ugly at all.
I think its the fact that im ashamed of what I look like now, compared to how good I used to look. Im ashamed of people seeing the differance that has been made. Something i need to work on for sure.
