Journaling in videoformat!
Been journaling (writing down thoughts, emotions and events during the day - every day). Its a good way to process things and may feel anxiety reducing.

I love looking through my old journals, seeing how far I’ve come, how much I’ve grown and how my mentality shifts. Got kinda curious as to how journaling in videoformat would be.

Imagine years from now, and i have a video of myself every single day, going through my day, my thoughts, my goals, my emotions. Such a fun addition to literally being able to see myself talk. See how my style will evolve also. So much fun!

Havent missed a single day of videologging since I started and I dont plan on ever breaking that streak!
