I loved leg day and glorious glute😍… I joined your team 3 months ago but this was my first challenge with you and I’m really proud of myself thank you so much.. and can’t wait for more. Anna deserves an award for all that she does for us. She is consistent, challenging, motivating, and she never fails to make me feel better about myself. When ever I'm upset or I have had a hard day at work (life) her workouts relieve all of my stress. 🔥❤️ Thank you, Anna! Thank you for helping me get through life.
Girl this was crazy! It started off simple enough, but those one arm planks were rough. And that finisher was KILLER!!! I’m so proud of myself for making it through to the end.
Well that was ridiculous on many levels. Ridiculously hard, Ridiculously enjoyable and I sweated a ridiculous amount. What a way to end the 7 day challenge and I'm so proud of myself for finishing it because I was so tired before I started the video but I kept my form and finished well. This is definitely one I've saved to do again. Outstanding. Thank you Anna.

I was having weight issues since middle school.My parents were the most who taunted me about my weight.I am 5 ft 6. Weight is 82kgs.I have been doing your workouts since April.I know haven't lost that such of weight.But my body is now quite stronger. Thanks to you Anna,for bringing confidence in girls like me.

This 7 day challenge was so fire, for real. I haven't really noticed any visible changes, BUT, I have gotten much stronger.. From barely being able to do a pushup to being able to do at least 3 in a row ahah its not much, but to me it's a big improvement. Thank you so much for this 7 day challenge, Anna! :)

I think it's safe to say that this is your hardest routine! But I LOVED every single part of it. Keep doing these workouts, you are changing so many lives!
I think this is one of your best HIIT workouts: it's the perfect balance of cardio and strenght exercises. It's challenging, but not overwhelming. I am a runner and I do it every week during one of my empowering sessions followed by a 40/45 min of easy running. Great job!
According to my Garmin, I burned 500 calories! My heart rate got up to the 180s. I'm 5'6" and around 150 pounds. I work out most days and this was amazing.
That was INSANE. My mistake was putting sunscreen on my face this morning; the drench of sweat mixed with sunscreen just poured right into my eyes, the sting. Hahahah loved this

I couldn't get past 40% but I'm amazed I could even move this long while being sick with the flu and I stopped because I had to sneeze and breathe again. I'm actually annoyed because I've done all 6 workouts well haha !! Once I'm feeling better, I'll get to the finish line ! Thank you Anna for this incredible workout that makes you want to push past your limits :D
Take it easy while you're sick :) training while sick dramatically increases the risk of myocarditis, especially if you have any symptoms involving your respiratory tract ❤️

Hello Anna! I'm not the kind of person to comment on RUclips videos (eventhough I watch a lot of them), but I just really wanted to say that I LOVED THIS CHALLENGE AND THESE VIDEOS!!! Oh my god, I have been doing workout plans from other fitness influencers for a while now and I decided to finally try one of your videos, and I'm so glad I did!! First, the songs are really great and different (not the ones that we are always hearing on the radio) that I actually ended up adding some to my playlist! Second and most important to me is the fact that each single video had it all (warm up + workout + cool down) which it's awesome and so much easier and simple compared with other workout plans from other youtubers that has 5/6 different videos to do each active day. Also, I loved loved loved your final genuine messages at the first videos saying how much proud you were of us for completing that workout (I have to say that I really missed hearing you congratulationing us on the last 4 videos and that it's basically the only thing I would point out from this summer challenge), and for the first time I saw actually the fitness influencer struggling with the exercises which made me feel so much better (because with that I realised I am not so weak/beginner for having difficulty doing a certain movement) :))) . And to finish this very long message, it was the first time I was excited to workout!! Thank you so much Anna! :)
I've tried hundreds of different workout videos yet you're the only one who continues to challenge me and make fresh and new workouts. I loved every second of this, it left me feeling so good afterwards!
Day 7:✅ I can't even believe I made it to day 7. And of all the days in this challange and other workout videos I did with her, this is by far the most intense. It wasn't easy at all and I had to take breaks for the first time tbh. I don't regret it though. I'm so proud of myself for coming this far. Thank you so much Anna. I'll be going back to my original training routine and try another challange after a while again🖤

It was pretty challenging me, my strenght, my mind... I am so happy I finished this workout, I am proud of myself. I did some excercises slowly and some last of them I was running on place, becouse I have no breath to do every burpees :D Thank you, Anna, for good morning excercise.

We'll you didn't lie, that was a sweaty workout. I did pass on reverse Burpees as I hurt my knee last time you included them, so did sit ups instead. Thank you for a great workout
Cool playlist, thanks a lot. I enjoyed more the first six, instead of this. I really like when the music doesnt push you o foolow, so you are more concentrated to the movement. Tabata exercise are just great, cool and fast changing.

Love this work out so much!!! Day 1-7 All DONE!!! I actually did this workout twice not on purpose.... first time on Sunday (3 days ago) and second time today just because I thought I haven't done this yet and wanted to complete the full series, so I started, not too long to realize that I actually had done it already, and I didn't want to quit, of course!! Feeling great that I can compare the two differences. Not too different, to be honest, but still could feel my body getting to the positions faster than the first time. So I think that is called progress? Just a little bit, Haha. Thank you Anna!!!!

I just finished the 7 day challenge and...I was NOT ready for that much of a sweat today! It was brilliant Anna, I didn't do it perfectly but I saved it and will work on it until I smash it 💪

It was pretty challenging me, my strenght, my mind... I am so happy I finished this workout, I am proud of myself. I did some excercises slowly and some last of them I was running on place, becouse I have no breath to do every burpees :D Thank you, Anna, for good morning excercise.

We'll you didn't lie, that was a sweaty workout. I did pass on reverse Burpees as I hurt my knee last time you included them, so did sit ups instead. Thank you for a great workout
Cool playlist, thanks a lot. I enjoyed more the first six, instead of this. I really like when the music doesnt push you o foolow, so you are more concentrated to the movement. Tabata exercise are just great, cool and fast changing.

Love this work out so much!!! Day 1-7 All DONE!!! I actually did this workout twice not on purpose.... first time on Sunday (3 days ago) and second time today just because I thought I haven't done this yet and wanted to complete the full series, so I started, not too long to realize that I actually had done it already, and I didn't want to quit, of course!! Feeling great that I can compare the two differences. Not too different, to be honest, but still could feel my body getting to the positions faster than the first time. So I think that is called progress? Just a little bit, Haha. Thank you Anna!!!!
