Awesome review Rob! I agree with you; I’ve had 2 isobows for years and I’m amazed at the quality of workout you can get from them. You can even hang them over a door and do pull-ups. I bought a pair of isobow pros when they first come out and like you, found the effect to be subtle but noticeable. I’m on holiday in Lincoln right now and my isobows are all I’ve taken with me. I’ve done some excellent Timed Static Contraction workouts.

Thank you for sharing this video. I was wondering what the difference was in the 2 Iso Bow options, before I ordered the Pro.

Good video I really do enjoy the iso it’s cheap and versatile and you exercise anywhere.given the choice between the isoflow or isobow . I haven’t got a isoflow. I do think the isobow pro is a good improvement

Out of interest, have you ever seen these pieces of equipment in a gym?

No never but I always trained in the old school gyms strictly free weights. But I did train at a couple that had resistance bands.

When I was getting physio 7 years ago, they had several Bullworker 2s in there. They swore by them for rehabilitation
