Well said - I'm tired of background music ruining many otherwise highly informative videos. Having said that, there is a little music when frying the doughnuts, I guess the video maker thought that some viewers wouldn't be able to cope with a few seconds of nobody talking .....
I went there once. Very good donuts but a little pricey. The only problem with this place, i'd say, is that it's in the middle of nowhere and a pain to find.
I want to be a chef too but my family is not a fan of cakes and sweet stuff but I would love to bake them I really enjoy cooking the things I want to cook like cake and other sweet stuff
I was eating a donut while I watched this. It's interesting to see the process of an artisan. Her voice is relaxing and the video is very well-made as always
We have lost the wonderful made by hand flavor from our society. I even have a handmade stereo. I love the character of the maker in the things I buy. It's like a painting or sculpture in my home!
I love her voice, the way she runs her words together sounds so relaxed and effortless in the best way. I’m English/French bilingual too but European and everything I say sounds staccato and awkward in comparison 😩
thanks@@IsaKoseCHt, but i dont know if she let it rise over night again or if she uses righ away? because theres a lot of difference between first rise adn scraps donuts
@@Diego-gz1pl you can use the scrap dough right away in new dough. Why, because the dough is going to rest and relax (proofing) at least two times before being cut again. (and it's not a significant amount). Hell, I let my scraps rest for one hour and cut it again and it's every bit as soft as the first cut. But I do use dough conditioners which give my dough a better rise and texture.
Isa! i really appreciate your reply! i didnt let the scrap rest enought time, i was proofing them one time (as if they where the first dough) im gonna try your method! thank you again!
Believe it or not, I have eaten a bread which had leftover dough in it from 1400 years ago. That's how they yeasted their bread, by adding scrap dough into new dough. It tasted delicious!
Don't you have health and hygiene in your country? No hair net, gloves or even an apron. I forgot to mention the chipped nail varnish. I certainly would not buy from you.
Great video! So refreshing not to have music in the background so you can just enjoy the sounds of the bakery :)

In the beginning of the video, she first added the leftover dough in the mixing bowl.

Sidney Isais you can get donuts basically anywhere
Cool.
These look delicious and beautiful. I love her personality!
This actually takes so much more technique than you'd expect! Very cool.
So that's years and years of old dough going into the new dough again and again?

Most donuts are fried but the more spongy cake like donuts are baked

Some people in the comments are upset that they don't live in Montreal,

These days, that is a plus.
kinda like dying watching these donuts.
Why does she have a french accent? *i like it* I’m just curious
Because most people in that part of Canada speak French.
Zachary Gray thanks, I didn’t know if that was a foreign accent or a native accent which I didn’t know
8:27 we toast it with a torch
samuel xu yeah?
does she have social media or somethin
Even the dough likes great, far better than the mass-produced garbage.
Why no hair net?!?
I live in Canada but not in Montreal so sad.😔
Would be great if you guys made a "How to make" video without music or narration. For relaxation purposes, you see.
You can always turn off subtitles on the vid and i think the backgroud music adds more to the relaxation imo
I have Diabetes...can you come up with a low carb...low sugar donut for us?
I'm in love
Francisco Viper Díaz with donuts
Thay looks so goooood
Check out lofty pursuits
Such an inviting personality... Sad she made all those donuts in one video..

Os bolinhos mais mal feitos que eu já vi 🤦🤦
Communication is not this woman's forte', she's a very bad speaker and difficult to understand, I caught about 50% she was jibbering about.
She looks and sounds nice but I bet she killed someone... (Jk)
More videos like ones a weak
She's so hot!!
Everything was ok till i saw the color of the oil the donuts are fried into 🤭 - need new oil asap!!!
