This whole "Daddy" thing is weird but I appreciate the information
Phonso it’s a joke man lol
Jokes are funny...
Highkey weird ash
@@dorasaphoratv6965 highkey leaving the video after he said daddy
lmao guess he’s offending all these people with daddy issues XD
I think the "Yes, Daddy" thing is hilarious. It shows you've got a great sense of humor. All that aside, this was a very informative video. Thank you for taking the time to show us.
I'll have my switch too. Ever time I hit my switch ready to start, I'm gonna start saying "yes daddy, you can start me now" 😂
Thanks man, been looking for something like this for a while
Sendrick Nahr my pleasure!
I wish my lecturers at uni explained concepts like you do! 😭
Thanks for the review man that's what I've seen so for, I'm gonna be added this in my Lamborghini huracan
Ryan Ortagus sick! Thank you my man!
Yea right you probably don’t even own one
Pretty sure the huracan is push button already so idk what you'd need this for
This 🔥.. I'm mounting my putton "up” like a Senna ...Ghetto Fabulous!
Great job on the video. It got me thinking about getting one of these.
PerpetualTech do it!
@@CarsAndDrums do installation videos I get so confused trying to install my alarm I have one on there it just sucks
Dope!👍🏽
Yeah imma buy this next check and installing as soon as I get this this is like the nices push button start I have ever seen
🔥🔥🔥
God Bless America Thanks!!
Nice work bruh!
thank you, i gotta give this a try. ive been wanting something like this for awhile but figured cars with anti theft system would not allow something like this to work an i got a 09 mustang gt that has the broken key so the security chip has to be held next to the ignition when using the door an trunk key to start the car now or it triggers anti theft system an shuts the car back off. this is the 3rd mustang ive had this same issue with an i just picked the 09 up about a week ago so ive been trying to find something that would help deal with this. i got a case made for it right now to hold it all together cause i have 3d printers now but its literally stacking keys ontop of each other so it made the key one piece but really thick so it works but just looks almost comical with its size. almost like a toy key kinda. its the same size when looking at it straight on but turning it side ways an its twice the thickness of a normal key so i got to try one of these an they are on sale on amazon right now for 25 bux so i got to try this. thanks for sharing this man. really appreciate it. easyguard needs to put u on pay roll for selling there shit.
Nice video man.
What about your steering wheel, how does that unlock without the key in the ignition to unlock it? Or does it bypass that as well
you basically made your green cable a kill switch. killing two birds with one stone lol
Sifaka absolutely!
Good looks
Wiring the brake wire to a hidden switch is fucking brilliant!!!
I didnt understand a word you were saying... until you put it in "daddy" terms. It all makes sense now.
Calls it a "yes daddy" system. Guess we know what this dude's kink is lmao
pie189 ever heard of a joke?
@@CarsAndDrums lmao have you, why you getting defensive
pie189 lmao he really started to go off.
I find it odd that you're trying to figure out everyone else's "kink". Haven't found your own?
@@gpdude22thats cool, well I find it odd you are taking a joke seriously :p
Very informative. I fuck with that. Helps me out. Thank you.
Hey sir,,, any advice for installing one of those on my 99 mercedes benz w202 ... is it too much trouble?..
Str8 Marrk!
I did a hidden switch for my “brake pedal” green wire too 😂
Unfortunately, after 3 days, the control box started shorting out and killing the power to my truck after 30 seconds, so I had to uninstall. I’m hoping it’s just a fluke, and not a common problem, because I ordered a replacement.
Mike Scantlin Nice dude! I hope it all works out for you. Mine has been great so far
@@CarsAndDrums it still work?
@@CarsAndDrums where you run the red power wire too
@@curtjay6580 12v constant power source
I had the same problem. I'm gonna add a switch to the module... see if that prevents the drain
Switch is good ideab
Can this be installed on a 6 speed manual? I'm guessing it works the same as an auto, just gotta push in the clutch?
ZeroFuxGiven yep. Just gotta make sure you push in the clutch. My car is a manual and works great.
If I have immobilizer and I just decide go the cut key route does that mean I won't have buy a bypass module ?
A lot of daddy issues with this guy
do you know if i have to use the relay from the kit for the unlock/lock wire? i have a 2004 Mustang. The manual has many different configurations for the lock/unlock wires. Type A,B,C,D,E,G. Only Type B doesnt require the relay.
Kay Cee not sure man. Sorry
Will I need to have my keys cut and inserted in the barrel alongside with the chip, or does it work without it?
Joey Quetzal you can cut a key or just take the key cylinder out
Aye Stick Shift!!!
Let me guess you installed that green wire to your signal control switch or lights switch
Hector Llamas nope. Good guess though lol
Hey what kind of key you have for your car? I need to know if a need a extra piece like a bypass module or just the easyguard box for 40 dls
fernando silva my key has a chip in it. Therefore, I did need a bypass module. There are different types but I didn't specify in my video just for security reasons.
Ok cool thank you really helpful video
fernando silva i appreciate that!
Thanks for the video, Im looking to do this on my 2012 camaro. when you remove the ignition cylinder will that unlock the steering wheel and keep it unlocked?
Dave Lombardo the key cylinder?
@@CarsAndDrums yes sir
Dave Lombardo yep. Just take it out
@@CarsAndDrums thanks bro! I think I need a special tool to remove mine
Dave Lombardo I wish I could help you but I don’t know for sure
I don't have this brand...I got the cheaper 30 dollar one same as the push the brake pedal etc...just has the scan rfid chip push start...so far 1 month still good....i just want to ask a question...does this kit make it harder for my car to steal...fyi...I got a 96 acura/Honda integra?what's the pros n cons of it?
there are certain ways you can install it to make your car harder to steal (hidden switches, etc.) plus the system locks and unlocks with the fob and if it's locked your car wont turn on accessory, ignition, and it won't start.
So the name of the system is...
Yes daddy keyless remote?? “Im just fukin wit you”🤣🤣🤣 but.. coo review man thanks for the info,I’m lookin to this!
I have a 2004 Mazda 3. I installed this, however, it won’t start without the key lock cylinder and key inserted. Also, the steering wheel is lock when I start with the push button and the key in the ignition. What do I need? A bypass module? Can you recommend please? Thanks
glinan you’ll probably need to remove the key cylinder and get a bypass module. For a bypass, you can get either a cheap one that uses a spare key, or a more expensive one that has to be programmed. Best of luck!
Did you have to use relays and resistors
wait, so it only works when you walk up to it? it's not a press a key fob kinda thing? What if you park too close to your house??
Nice video fellow, seems very easy to install, what is the compability of the easy start? Jeep jk?
Everything
How did you address the key transponder
Does this have remote start aswell or would I need to install that secondarily also this has been working perfect for a year I see you posted in February of last year
I dont own one but in pretty sure the remote start is a separate part. I myself have actually been looking into installing a remote start too.
Does a remote come with a key that can be cut in case you lose power to your vehicle so you can still access your door locks
Josh Hawke this system has nothing to do with being able to get in/out of the car. Only stopping/starting the engine!
Good video and product. But I still don’t get it, you still need your car keys to unlock the doors and alarm, right?
Alex Alexandrakis yea this system is just for ignition
What did you do about the ignition??🤷🏾♂️
Did you remove the wheel lock?
so where did you hidden mount your original key, deciever one?
Atad Ali I used a programmable bypass
Hows the button holding up?
I have one but haven't installed it yet. You said you keep your keys on your belt loop. Will the reader detect the key fob anywhere in the car like in my pocket or a woman's purse? I'm concerned about the range being too short.
Pro1er this system doesn’t quite work like that. The little key fob locks/unlocks the system allowing to car to start. Unless you put the system in valet mode, the system locks after every ignition cycle.
@@CarsAndDrums Yes, I realize that, but what I'm asking is in order for the system to unlock, how close does the key fob need to be to the reader? If you need to put the key fob right up the the reader every time you start the car, I'm going to look at other options because if I have to remove the key fob from my pocket I might just as well use my car key. Will the key fob be detected while in my pocket of in a woman's purse? I would like to know the range.
Is it still working good an i wanna get 1 for my ecape
Good idea with the green kill switch, But I decided to do the brake pedal start route because I’m a lazy bastard, I’m still wondering where to put the transponder, I want to start it “with the key fob still in my pocket” I’m afraid that I might forget to take it with me and leave it in the car by accident.
I don’t want someone to grand theft auto my car “because I forget to take it with me”
Earl Barnes you don’t have to leave the transponder. Once you use the transponder to disarm the system you’re good to go.
Would this work on my 2019 Hyundai Elantra SE?
this seems like a shot in the dark, but i have the starter, accessories, and ignition hooked up right, but for some reason it will crank but won’t start, could you tell me what color wires you plugged into where, i have the same 2005 mustang
I don’t have the car anymore. Sorry
Make sure it’s not a security issue, causing your no start
@@CarsAndDrums i was able to get it to start, the wiring was flipped the wrong. way, but how did you get past the steering wheel lock, my car will drive but now it locks up the second i turn the wheel
@@ukiyovr4173 you have to remove the key cylinder
Is it still working good? How long you had it on now?
Da C. Still works like it’s supposed to. I’ve had it since I made this video!
How bout now?
How bout now?
@@CarsAndDrums what about now
How is the push start working for you now since you installed it?
Tyheem Bell it’s awesome man. Best $40 I’ve ever spent lol
This is perfect right here, as it's a good measure to protect your key ignition switch because sooner or later it's going to go bust on you. and when it does, your fucked. so this is a good aftermarket product, as I'll be installing this into a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 yes the early model charger that gave Dodge quite a lot of problems. but at the same time I'm going to also convert it to electric because of those problems. I might keep the transmission or replace it with one from a Chevy Silverado (Maybe from the same year?)
i have an 2006 srt8 chrysler 300 do you recommend this product to install push to start?
@@stunnaa4hunnaa Yes I do, Trust me you wallet will thank you in the future.
@@stunnaa4hunnaathe 6.1L V8????
You got a SRT8? Like the 6.1L V8??
I wanna replace my ignition with one but the whole gear unlock and steering wheel unlock got me wondering. Also want to do a remote start set up with the push button Also. But idk. My chrysler don't have remote start but seen a set up that I can buy using the lock button on my fob. Hooks up to the factory harness for the most part. I feel if i got one I couldn't use a push button Also without confusing the system. 🤦♂️🤷
Bro can you make another video on how you wired it? I got the same car
What about steering wheel lock, doesn't the key in the ignition unlock it? How do you disable that?
You have to take out the key cylinder
What about walking up to the car? Does it automatically unlock the door?
no
How did you go about the steering lock?
Brian Rivera you have to take the key cylinder out
What about the cars chip immobilizer f th om the OEM key? And the pats system? We tried hooking one up to our car and it wouldn't st. I had to tow it to the ford dealership to get 2 new keys programmed bc it deleted my one and only key
Coco Tho it really depends on which immobilizer you use. If your immobilizer is programmed correctly you should have no problems
How close does the blue key need to be to the circular transponder to get the signal?
DColon614 a few cm
Daddy is insane 😂😂😂
Does the idatalink get wired to the easyguard in any way? I have the same model mustang and looking to do this too but not understanding how the bypass fits into the setup
Sean Cotto I never actually used idatalink. Just heard about it. But it probably wouldn’t wire to the easyguard. It’ll just allow the car to start.
Cars And Drums ah ok... so how did you solution for the chip immobilizer in factory
OEM key fob?
Sean i used a programmable bypass
Dang Daddy 😂👍
Beaker finally someone gets my humor
did you have to do something on the old fashioned key harness so your steering wheel do not lock?
i had to take out the key cylinder
@@CarsAndDrums you need to make another video for that :-)
this is the second video ive seen where the kit makes you click it 3 times??? am i missing something? i want to hit it once and have it start up.
Foot on the brake. Hit the button once and it should start 🤷🏽♂️
Mine is the clutch instead of the break pedal
Sup family , you just added push start right or do you have a remote start also ?
Uptowns Finest yep. Just push to start
@@CarsAndDrums does your key has a chip ? I bought a push to start remote start but its saying I have to cut my key into the barrel and man something happens sounds like it's would be expensive
Uptowns Finest yea mine does. You need a bypass module. There’s one that is programmable and one that you have to leave a spare key in
@@CarsAndDrums ok I have that but I dont wanna cut my key that's what the instructions say to do cut the key into the barrel and one key into the immobilizer. Grrr I had this remote start/push start for 4-5 months and the whole key thing making me not wanna install it
Uptowns Finest if you have a programmable bypass you won’t have to do anything with your key. You would still have to remove the key cylinder so the steering wheel won’t lock.
can you install the push to start where the key cylinder is ?
Anthony Carhart you absolutely can!
Will this worok on any car...??like ford escape 2005
GMG PRODUKTION sure will as long as you get an immobilizer
Since it’s made in China you think all the tags are programmed the same for every unit made?
Lmfao love the confusion... Got everyone say huh ??? 😂
How close does the transponder needs to bey from the antenna?
Joey Quetzal super close. The transponder locks and unlocks the system
Does it come with like remote button to get ac/heater running?
Wess Durocher nope
When installed can u still use the factory key or just the the keys that comes with the system?
This doesn’t come with any keys. Only fobs to unlock/lock the system
@@CarsAndDrums I had the same question, would you be able to alternate the way start the car, between regularly with the car key, and the key fobs
Faris Shaikh yes. Leave ign sw plugged in. As long as you don’t disconnect anything or cut any wires factory start will still work
He I was wondering if you could show me or tell me what wire goes to witch in the 2007 v6 mustang because I caint find any ignition harnesses diagrams online or if you could just send a diagram to me
If you can hit me back as soon as u can
Quick question.
Would I need to actually push the button twice, then apply foot to brake, then press it a third time?
Or can I just get in, brake pedal, push once and it starts?
get in, brake, and it starts. you have to hold it the same way you would hold your key until the engine starts
@@CarsAndDrums can I click it once for accessories then twice for ON ?that way i could prime the fuel rails ?
Can I get this for my 2006 Infiniti g35 coupe
Does this eliminate the ignition switch. Mine is bad on my truck and I figure this would be a better route to go if thats the case
Chris Powell it does eliminate the ignition switch on my car however I’m not sure if it works this way on every car. It should work though!
Its on a 97 Silverado. My hope is that I can wire this system to the existing wiring harness buy cutting the wires at the switch and eliminating the switch completely.
Chris Powell in theory that should work. Worth a shot! Lol
For sure. I'm going to give it a shot. Worse case scenario i'll have to get a new ignition switch. I'll let you know how it plays out. I'm not done anything this extensive in regards to electrical components on a vehicle however I've swapped and engine on this truck recently
So the keys don’t have to be directly in front of that ring?
only to unlock it
Can I do this to a 2006 Infiniti g35 coupe
Would this work for a 95 tahoe?
2 Door Hulk yep
Thoughts on the system 2 years later?
London Mechana works perfectly!
how would I know if it will work with my chevy Malibu?? 2012 SL
it'll work with any car with the proper accessories
is it still working? and have u tried banvie push button start?
It is still working. have not tried a banvie. idk what that is lol
Did you have to do something about the pats security system or did you use a imobolizer bypass?
Matthew Shannon immobilizer
@@CarsAndDrums where or what did you use I have the easy guard push to start kit just waiting to install it not to much infornmation about that part online
Matthew Shannon there’s two types of immobilizers: one that is programmed and one that uses a physical key. Just get one on Amazon
@@CarsAndDrums did you have to use the physical key I have a 2006 mustang gt too thanks for all the help brotha
Matthew Shannon it’s one or the other. Programmable immobilizer does not use a key. Other type does
What stops the car being stolen? Without the key for immobiliser anyone could just jump in and drive off?
The system has to be unlocked to start
Steering doesn’t lock if there’s no key in the ignition?
you have to remove the key cylinder
YES DADDY! LOL
What about immobiliser that's in the key how does it get around that ????
Sam Mills you need a bypass module
Do you leave the transponder in or near the ring?
Antuan Kendrick no. The transponder locks and unlocks the system
@@CarsAndDrums so if it’s in your pocket will it unlocks the push start when you sit down?
Antuan Kendrick nah you have to touch them together
hey i was wondering if it is still working thinking of getting one but dont know about the lifetime and reviews on them
hey it's still going strong. great product
@@CarsAndDrums thankyou for the review about to get one for my car

Can you send a pic or something to me on this as well? The switch has 7 pins, and I've tested them, but I haven't got it working 100%. A pic or pin position to modules wire colors or anything to help. Lol
Yo can you add aftermarket lock actuator for power locks and can you still use the key in the ignition I have a chip less key
Ross Shong you can as long as your car doesn’t have steering lock. If it does then you have to remove the key cylinder
@@CarsAndDrums true I forgot about that, I’m doing it on my Ford work van so I can’t imagine it’s that much different then the mustang. what about power locks can you wire the actuators right to the module and use it as keyless entry as well. Or did you already have power locks on it
Ross Shong my car already had power locks. This unit only deals with the ignition
But don't you still have to put the key in to release the steering wheel
Carlito Bregante unless you remove the cylinder like I did!
Will this work easily for a Chevy 04 Monte Carlo???
Kwiet Canady sure will. You’ll likely need an immobilizer though!
