I have 2 very important questions that i beg you to answer. 1. Did you in your experience with patients with corporal fibrosis, saw patients who actually were able to reverse/ or significantly manage the condition without surgery? 2. Will the shrinkage will be reversible if i could find a solution to reverse the fibrosis or at least minimize it? I will be more than appreciated if you could give me an answer to this. Not many urologists are informative about this condition like you are🙏
Thank you for your support! For the time being we don’t have any established method to revert fibrosis. In theory, stem cells could be the future and preclinical data looks encouraging. But we are lacking trials performed in humans. I will do a video about it!

What is the difference between fibrosis and peyronies? As I understood fibrosis is not directly a plague buildup right?
Cavernous fibrosis affects the erectile tissue, whereas in Peyronie’s disease, the tunica albuginea is affected.

There is no “cure”, because the damage is permanent. Strategies can be implemented to work around it.
Can a fibrotic ring around the penis cause a hourglass shape? If yes, could pump and tadalafil help to break the fibrosis apart if you are lucky?
