Very good. Penile Doopler Ultrasound, CT scan and MRI are good for detecting the problem. Unfortunately for some unknown reason urologist dont use these methods as much as they should. I ran into that problem.

Not an easy subject. The function of the foreskin wasn't really appreciated in the medical literature before 1996 and this is not very long ago. It is possible that desensitisation is more the result of circumcision than keratinisation of the glans. It is not easy to find information on this. I skipped circumcision and other procedures because this would be too much for this video.
