I'll tell you that if you do exercises correctly and consistently for a long time, it does work. I have been consistently jelqing, followed by use of the bathmate for over 5 yrs now. In the past year, I added a 2nd vacuum pump and use it 2x for 2 mins after jelqing before using the bathmate. Over last 5+ yrs I have gone from 5.5 in to 7.25 in. I'm still doing my routine everyday the same every time. Results were slow but worth it and worked. Msg me or comment I'd be happy to share more.
Finally, a video of yours that I can mostly agree with. I love how you mentioned the "staying realistic" on the expectations. I 100% agree with you on that. People think you can gain 3 inches in 30 days and thats just bonkers. Realisticly you can probably expect a little less than 1" per year IF you stay consistent. A couple of corrections though: • You mention the gains are comparable to surgery of the suspensory ligament. I would like to remind that that surgery does NOTHING for ERECT length. Only flacid where extension offers flacid AND erect gains. I reccomend NO ONE get the surgery btw. • You mention girth gains aren't achievable. This is false. Pumping and soft clamping have been proven to PERMANENTLY increase girth with time. Just as with extending you are longitudinally expanding the tissue, with pumping you are expanding the tunica albuginea latitudinally. With consistency you will see permanent gains and not just temporary. Please correct this in your future videos. • You mention traction needs to be preformed everyday for 4-6 months for a 6 months, while this is sort of true for low tension all day stretchers. High tension extenders like the Apex Extender you can actually do around 30-60 min of extending everyday or every other day and still see the benefits. It's an equation of force x time = gain. Less force x more time is just about the same as less time x more force. • You mention you have to do it everyday. This is simply not true. If fact in the PE community it's very incouraged to take rest days for your body to release growth factors and heal the tissue. Remember growing dosen't happen when you stretch, it happens when you heal. Taking rest days also midigates the strength hardening that your penis gets when you extend it frequently. You aren't trying to train the tissue with progressive overload but just enough for it to release growth factors. If you find yourself at a platue its best to take a break for your tissue to loose it's strength adaptation and for you to be able to break the platue. • Pumping for 10-20 minutes per day is indeed enough to enduce cell growth. Remember to go into the pump hard(not flacid) and consistency is key and you will see gains. • While I don't personally hang weights, hanging isn't a bad practice in itself. You have more control over how much weight you are using as opposed to guessing how much force you are using with an extender. The problem lies in making sure the person hanging starts off with a low amount of weights and using your bodys responce to see what a good range to use is. Overall very informative and I hope to see more good content like this from you and I hope you take my corrections with an open mind. By stretching over 9 months, I gained 2.5 cm in length and 1.2 cm in circumference with my erect penis. The increase in circumference only happened on the underside of the penis, i.e. the cross section viewed from above remained the same. The side cross section grew by 1 cm due to the growth on the underside. I used Phallosan. It wasn't fun. You have to be able to endure the pain. The glans is affected quite a lot.

IT WORKS! I used Phallosan for several months (I didn't care about the time it would take). I started with 16 cm, and now I've got 19,5 cm (erect, bone pressed). It's not easy, but it works.

i gained round about 3,8cm during 8 years......well...it has been a lot of work....many erection hours.....many.....i couldn't believe my own measurments....so any of those measurements took about 1 hour, because concentrating on precise measuring pulls you away from 100% erection....so you need to repeat measuring, till you got a few results that may vary slightly and then you take the middlevalue....and there we go.....
