Fantastic apartment and it is so personalized----it has a very distinct style to it that's all your own. I loved my days living in Battery Park. Wishing you many happy memories living in Manhattan.

This is is all so cozy, cute, welcoming, & super functional. Omg, the view is second to none! I wonder if the windows open at all or if there is a balcony ( not that I’d want to go out on it, at that height :(

I’m currently binging your videos 😂. Anyway, gas stoves will always be superior to electric, just mo bettah fo cook! thank you Amy! glad to have you here :) hahaha, the trick is to find the lowest maintenance plants that would take active effort to kill. I always recommend pothos to beginners since you can't over water them and can even grow them just in water!

hi Erika! thank you! I found this apartment when I was invited to a party here, and contacted the building directly for openings. I recommend looking for apartment buildings so you can avoid the broker's fee. You can find them on apartments.com or tbh by walking around your favorite neighborhoods and checking for rental signs / numbers! StreetEasy has been helpful for my friends here, but it's more competitive I've found. best of luck!!

Honestly, your apartment can make me an introvert person, very cozy and have a beautiful view. so, what about the quality of the walls in your apartment? Do you still hear, if your neighbors are having a small party in the apartment?
thanks Tommy, it sometimes had that effect on me too, haha! they are decently sound proof but I can still hear loud sirens and loud parties. I usually wear earplugs to sleep (you'll see I have them on my nightstand :D)
I would want a washer dryer
there's a shared laundry room in the basement, but I agree, it would have been nice to have one in unit!
Yeah I wouldn't like that. I once had an apt and I was on the fourth floor. No elevator. There was one washer/dryer for the entire bldg. I had to walk up and down four flights of stairs to do laundry and that was if the unit was available. Never again!
Ok, so I'm a woman, and as soon as I saw your house plants, I thought to myself, red flag! 😝 I have no idea why it flashed across my mind. Haha. I kill all of mine, so I only have fake ones 😅

Omg, I love that idea, about the club. Yeah, you’d have to leave something really recognizable, bring the lil binos ( and try not to look totally creepy using them in the club lol) & then attempt to localise your window. Or just stay with the blissful ignorance state of mind- that works too:)!

please don't be sad! it's a nice apartment but it didn't fix all of my problems, lol. I still had many sad days living there. I didn't want to disclose exact amount bc it would help ppl locate my unit, but look up average 1 bed in manhattan and it's a little less than that.

Desk chair looks high & uncomfortable to work at. Chili pepper shouldn't be the color of spiders in case it's there?? Other than that, love the vibe of the house.
Thanks! strangely it is the most comfortable chair to work on and doesn't give me any back pain (I even have scoliosis). hahaha, the chilis are more of a red color I think it doesn't show properly on camera.
I will never understand this joy over this aquarium apartments with the floor to ceiling windows. Super bad feng shui.
it's the natural light for me! i work from home so i need a big dose of sunshine since for much of the year it's dark outside of working hours in the city
