@scottwood928 I think you misunderstood. The young lady said it's $2400 each person, so total rent is $4800. And I suppose utilities are extra. That being said, I have a large 2bed prewar apartment in Brooklyn for $2200 so there are still some deals left in NYC.
This is a really nice apartment. The brick wall adds texture and character. Plant just needs small table or stool underneath to elevate it. You have nice decor without too much clutter. Thanks for sharing.

Incredible how you can just work out of the home. I worked in Manhattan mid 70’s mid 80s and it was park the car at railroad station. Take the LIRR sit in an office all day. Commute back. No computers then-had to get dressed up every day and battle the commute. Lol but then again, an apartment like that was probably 500.00 a month.
