i think nasi lemak with beef rendang for Rm8 is acceptable, since nasi lemak at mamak just add ayam goreng the price will go up Rm7. so for me RM8 with rendang it still acceptable
Try the teh tarik at Mansion Tea Stall at Selangor Mansion and eat their roti goyang aka roti canai special. You must also try breakfast at Yut Kee Kopitiam for Hainanese style breakfast. It is the oldest surviving kopitiam in Kuala Lumpur.
Yes. I think that is the main reason because Malay people historically tend to live near river. So when rain comes, sometimes it will flood the area. So these houses were built to avoid it.
This is now a very touristy nasi lemak. When my daughter was small this place was less crowded. I'd recommend you to try the nasi lemak at the row of food stalls behind the stadium near the hospital. There's one stall with a prawn sambal run by a bro, not the center stall run by the aunty although hers is good too.
About that price..hmm..yeahh..a little bit more expensive than usual..but the taste is worth the price, in my opinion..btw, your wife's malay pronounciation kinda spot on..would love to see more from this channel in the future! 🤩

Im always curious of how people from other countries, come to Malaysia and eat their food but in Malaysian version. So im curious, what does she thinks of sushi king for example? Coz most of the menus, are kinda localize? Like are Are they close to what they sell in Japan? Would be great if she can make a review! Thanks!! 🙆🏻♀️❤️
With Rendang only that much its RM4.00?! Wow, you guys just got rob.. Frequently i tried this viral/popular food place and always getting myself disappointed. The quality are just average. And yet they charged you slightly more expensive than other. 😥

Thanks for promoting Nasi Lemak to foreigner bro. Glad to see a lot of non-Malaysia loving nasi lemak more than local nowadays.

It’s difficult to evaluate expensive or cheap when you compare Ipoh to KL. Living cost is different.

其实 “高脚屋” 的主要目的是防淹水。以前马来人他们住靠近河流的地区,当雨季时时常发生淹水。所以就把屋子立了上来。
其实马来人以前多是住在河口附近。。

Try the nearby Nasi Lemak Pak Hassan.
Ic. I thought the AirAsia Pak Hassan nasi lemak is a made up name, just like uncle chin chicken rice.

If rm8, cannot eat everyday😊
