To be honest Toni, at first I thought "Oh gee, what would I do with those?" but after watching the video I have compiled a list of all the yummy applications. On bruschetta, chopped up and put in Potato salad, on a tuna melt, in any kind of salad! On top of deviled eggs... on it goes! Now I don't have grape tomatoes, but I'm going to do this Chadwick cherry tom's instead. Thanks again TonI!!
Dave...You can use them any way that you would normally use "cooked" tomatoes...perhaps In a sauce, for pizza, in chilli...roasted...it was a quick preservation method so that they didn't spoil.
Defrost them in a pan with garlic and shallots, salt, pepper, red pepper flake. Then simmer till they all pop and use as fresh-ish tomato sauce on pasta. Top with basil and parm cheese. A great summer-like dish in the late fall or winter to remind you summer will come around again.
Now, that was a great recipe. I have to try it. Many thanks.❤

Donna...I felt much the same...but I thought I would make a small batch to see if they would be used up! Thanks for all the ideas for using them!!!!
