Rick I used to run virtual every day - I live in the Peak District so only hills no flat runs !! However I haven't run for nearly a year its much easier to stop running/fitness than it is to start back up again. However watching this I'm going to get out and run what I can even if it means me stopping and walking - Thanks for the inspiration - Keep going and use your channel to show your progress

I have the same as you Degenerated discs and YES i use it as a excuse....(Because it hurts) But listening to you Rick today saying about older people or people with this condition giving up and eventually loosing the ability or motivation to move eventually has WOW given me motivation to make that change. Swim 300 metres in porta colon, cycle 🚴 adeje to Los christ & back then run the golden mile. Ring the sponsors sanasty cars& first excursions. All profits go towards local charities. Now that would be a nice legacy.

That’s great news about your back being pain free after running Rick, start with small steps with your jogging, the before and after photos of Shelley were so different The personal trainer is certainly doing his job Shelley will be a different woman’s before long.

Yes, Shelley is looking great, although she always has. She's obviously working very hard. I also need to get myself motivated to get into excersing and lose this weight I've put on, and stop blaming it on the menopause. Keep up the good work.
