    I have never made this saag, will definitely try. Looks like you added so much butter, 150 gms?😳 I’ll add around two tab sp. Max.😍

    Thanks, I bought spring greens in Asda, and assumed it’s leafy like spinach, now I know it can be cooked similarly. ❤

    Do you think this would freeze OK.

      Hi Colin, this is probably one of the best curries that freezes really well. Lasts up 3 months and when you want to warm it up, allow to defrost and microwave with a splash of water to prevent it drying up.. add a dollop of extra butter (i never shy away from enjoying this luxury) and enjoy 😊👍

      Bhunning, Bhun or Bhunify is cooking the curry further to develop the depths of flavour.

    My only gripe is why so much salt!!

    • @MyLittleKitchenRecipes
      @MyLittleKitchenRecipes  Год назад

      It was the perfect amount as the greens are quite bland. I always say add to your own personal taste if you wish.

      Paaye. The stuff our mothers made in the good old days and would show others their true mettle in terms of heavy weight cooking.
      Our northern Punjabi lass keeps skirting round this one and I’m waiting with folded arms to
      “Ordain” her as Jedi when she shows her mettle. Faffing around with greens won’t cut it you see. You cant qualify as a vegetarian.
