Looks great but the whole vegan thing is healthy angle needs a check. It’s a cake, so… it’s loaded with sugar. If you think it is just butter or cream that’s the problem, think again. Sugar doing much more harm. I tend to halve the sugar content in any recipe and it tastes plenty delicious.
