@@middlecovemotors2474 since the police royal commission of the 90s between 30 and 40 LNP politicians have resigned mostly for corruption or conflict of interest yet about 10 Labor resigned mostly for difference of opinion on policy. Search "why have Australian politicians had to resign " and it will give you a list. LNP are climate denialist where as Labour are not. LNP are anti renewable , Pro Nuclear, where as Labor are not. Search " who are Australia's best economic managers " and you will see they are totally different. So apart from historic corruption , climate policy, energy policy, wages policy, housing policy, economic policy ( first balanced budget in a decade ) they are the same in the fact they drink water.
And the ALP are a political wing of the unions. Neither just represent the people that elected them. so the answer would have to be no.@@warrenallsopp

This country needs a Bill of Rights. Ideally Constitutionally, but I will settle for one that is legislated. A US style 1st Amendment would be at the top of my list. Free speech can be dangerous but Governments regulating free speech is even moreso.
I'm not so sure about us having a bill of rights. Look at how the US bill of rights has been twisted and turned manipulated and abused to the point it is now a means of suppression.
