I'm such a htc loyal user. Ever since the htc sensation xe then the m7 htc sense UI has me. I just cannot buy another phone over htc. I personally prefer it over samsung and iphone because its sort of half way between the two...so now im the guy who always has the lastest htc
I've been with HTC since the HTC EVO Shift 4G. My last phone I had with them was HTC U11. I now have the Galaxy s9+. And I dont regret my decision. It was a tough call. I'll always love HTC though.

HTC was so good back in days... my father dropped that phone HTC sensation from 2nd floor and it didn't break.
A bold and beautiful device.Excellent audio ,superb camera...just brilliant overall.
Coming from an HTC u11 owner I can say I love the squeeze feature and use it so much more than I thought I would plus it's programmable for opening different apps

HTC is all about the user experience. I think you've been using phones by other manufacturers for too long dude (I guess that's your job). This phone is worth every penny Just for not having a notch!! You didn't mention anything about the actual features which makes this phone amongst the best so please do another review and this time a proper one!!

I agree, I'd like to see an updated review. Apparently they greatly improved the buttons and battery life with a firmware update. This phone is supposed to have some of the best speakers and recording microphone around.
No offense though, but He better stop reviewing HTC devices since that I can see he ALWAYS hesitate to review HTC stuff. So far, I'm loving this device. I may hear salty, but is true 😑

The buttons are a new approach, and I must admit that it takes some time to adapt! The phone for itself, is fabulous! All tests indicate that it is at the forefront with the other top brands. The HTC U12 + is not so bad, as in this review, it makes us believe. If you do not have time to adapt to new things in life, this mobile phone is not for you!

These guys provide really good phones and they are always ahead of other devices. I remember having HTC M9+ in 2015 and it had a dual camera setup before any other phone had. Now they have created the edge sense feature which is very useful. And I think other manufacturers will start using this 4-5 years from now. Be fair man, this is a really good device. It deserves an updated review.

The first phone which could take a bokeh shot was the one m8....and yes the htc evo 3d was the first to implement dual camera setup along with a lg phone... I forgot the name of that lg which was also released with dual camera setup

Man I miss the days where every smartphone manufacturer innovated in his own way, now they're all copy cats. Yet HTC still have me and still innovating till this very day. That squeeze is an awesome idea!

Despite all the downsides you mentioned, HTC will remain the most innovative and has been first of its kind with almost every bit of feature and technology in all smartphones to date, they may not be the glory of there former selves but in time things will change, I mean look at the partnerships lately, HTC & Under Armor, Google bought shares in HTC, HTC Vive best VR in the world, also for most who don't know "The Pixel" by Google is an HTC phone, designed by HTC as Google's "Silent Contractor" reasons why the Pixel got the "HTC Squeeze" as well. So be it as you may say now, I believe HTC innovated the smartphone industry before even the term "Smartphone" took form. I've been with HTC since my HTC S710Vox right up to my last HTC One M9 still outlasting today's phones.
I don't know about that, the only HTC smartphone that caught my attention was the One M7 back in 2013, the newer models aren't really interesting, they do innovate, but it's not innovations that people really care about. This model has very good specs, good sound quality, fast processor, but 70% of people won't care about these specs.
You're right, my first smartphone was an HTC Mogul; a phone with a sliding keyboard and full desktop web browser in 2008/09. I really regret not getting an M8 when I had the chance. Loved the weight of that all metal body.

HTC touch pro 2 was windows mobile but still one of my top picks of my favorite phones I've ever owned. Especially being able to dual boot Android/windows 🤷🏾♀️ stylus and wonderful keyboard.
HTC is my fav on all smartphones...is worth every penny. Durable, Classic, Great display, Powerful battery, Flexible, Wonderful touch experience. Perfect! I Like It.

The HTC ONE was my favorite. I loved the speakers in the front, the cool design of it was really convenient.

I had the M7 and M8 which were great but honestly the 10 was disappointing. They're so proud of their sound that they don't even have a music app on it nor does it have a gallery app among a couple others. I'd been loyal to HTC but I seriously don't think the 10 was good at all. Still had it for 2 years though before I went to Huawei
@@AbdullahKhan-sl3mg well the ten comes standard with an audiophile's jack for head phones. They have Google Play instead of iTunes if that's what you mean but to each their own.
I must honestly say, everything you said about this phone is true, yet still I own it, love it and learned to live with its flaws. I turned off the squeeze, because its annoying as fuck in daily use, the buttons on the side fell weird, but its still right on top of the smartphone game. The reason, that makes me buy an HTC phone everytime again is the design and the presentation. HTC phones (I owned an One X, an M8, a U11 (which had a dead motherboard after 9 months -.-) and now the U12+) allways gave me that prestigeous feeling, that feeling of holding something luxuary, in contrary to Samsung and even Apple, which I both tested for some weeks. That might be only due to the design and not because of the features, but I allways said, I prefer HTC over all companies because of the look of their products, and thats not gonna change in the foreseeable future. :)

The sides also have touch sensitivity, so you can double tap the sides and do stuff like shrink the display for one handed mode.
