  • You can learn to Crochet the Waffle Stitch in this DIY tutorial video. Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. This is one of my favorite stitches from my Stitchorama by Naztazia collection. The waffle stitch uses crochet post stitches to create the neat 3 dimensional (3D) effect.

Your waffle stitch tutorial was the easiest one I’ve seen ... b/c 1st you do a chain 3 at the end & others don’t. Then you explain how the “3 pattern stitch” doesn’t start until after the first 2 stitches ... which has been throwing me off

What kills me is how MANY different stitches to start another row and which hooks and the differences go on but it looks the same. I have started over lots and I am plenty confused. I figured all were the same so I neglected to mark the one I was watching so I could continue the way I started. Also, everyone crochet so lose.I LOVE it. I'm just no good at it. Lol. I have been crocheting many many years. My knowledge about patterns are short. I borrowed someone's tablet cloth or dollie and followed along that way. I do recommend it. Thank you Anastasia!! I LOVE the colored yarn you found. Wish I could find that one. I LOVE colors like this.
