If you really want free gas just call your insurance company and tell them that you ran out of gas they will send somebody out and put gas in your car. You can also call your car manufacturer like if you drive a Ford you would call Ford. Ask for their roadside assistance when you call the manufacturer the car must be within 2 to 3 years old. If your car is older than 3 years just call your insurance company trust me they would send someone out with gas for your car

Honestly it still costs you money since driving a car uses gas which costs money. For the amount you got and all the trouble you went through, I would just pay the regular price instead of going through that trouble

If you try this you are authorizing that gas pump 80 to $100 to hold until you complete your transaction. If you pump $0 depending on what bank you have will hold that money for 3 to 4 days.
Isn't that jus putting an unnecessary charge on your card? I'm pretty sure when u use a card at a gas station even if you only put $5 in gas it automatically charges a set fee let's say $35 till the charge clears for whatever amount of gas you put. Sure the money will go back but is it worth the .03 cents in gas you have gotten?
Drew Evan the video is well produced and edited, but your topic is bad. yes, its stealing...but you're on surveillance cameras, giving them your credit data (name, card #, billing address) and for a cup of gas. Even with such a small amount the store can easily identify you and charge you with larceny under $500. Which is a big fine for a cup of gas. Best crimes have no evidence of a crime being committed, at least dont leave evidence leading back to you. That being said, the quality of the video was good, but better subjects are needed. sorry.
Derek, Thank you for the thoughtful comment, praise, and feedback. I'm not sure anyone would ever get charged for squeezing the nozzle trigger after cancelling the sale, but the risk is there. Trying to make a decent video was definitely my only goal and I thought this was an interesting enough trick to shoot. It's a little unfortunate that this video (probably the worst of my recent uploads) is the only one getting views, but that's the nature of youtube.

The gas videos prolly got more views due to topic, but really didnt deliver a good way to cheat, hense the thumbs down. I can recommend some things; title intro, a singular topic of interest to base the channel around (politics, guns, cars, etc,) Talk to the camera like youre talking to a friend youre trying to teach something too...not condescending but not overly technical. contact other you tubers and ask to cross promote on each other channels. I hope you every success in you tube. Ill keep watching. Derek

Also work out some math for the viewers. There is math to be done somewhere in this video. Delete the video and re-upload it after your shoot it again. The idea is genius. Just not executed properly. Also you need a proper thumbnail.
