I started following you at the start of phase 2 I believe because of shreddy at the beginning of my fitness journey and always found you to be so genuine and realistic and while I don't know you personally, I am so proud for how far you've come! Loved this video! I really have resonated with the way you described the three phases.. I’m just coming out of my calculated+aesthetic weightlifting era and beginning running too! It’s so freeing honestly. I love strength training but running brings a diff kind of joy and empowerment. I also think it’s better for my body image than weightlifting (where I was so fixated on getting a big butt. And I got that butt for a time, then got injured, butt sorta deflated, and realized glute size doesnt make much a difference for my happiness or confidence.) Whereas running is just so so differenttt

As someone who has spent ten years recovering from bulimia, both lockdowns were horrific. I tracked everything, now I track nothing. Endorphins are the best antidepressants. Standing on the start line of the London Marathon (my first marathon) was massive this year. Going from being addicted to exercise so that I could escape my emotions and be smaller to running for fun and for me has been a very humbling journey. I’ve definitely caught the marathon bug, and I really want to run Manchester but equally well I’m loving my new F45 journey.
You are super motivational and your energy is everything! Having said that your body looks amazing! Of course this is personal preference but atm it looks better than it ever has!
