I cannot explain how happy it makes me to see you with your curly hair!! As a fellow curly girl I spent at least 10 years straightening my hair every single day and I’ve now been natural for at least 6 - best decision ever 💗 remember it doesn’t have to be all or nothing and you can do whatever makes you feel comfortable day by day! can’t wait to see your journey x
Really appreciate you talking about your relationship with your body💘 I relate a lot to this, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been training for a half marathon but still find myself comparing to photos of when I so-called ‘peaked’ at 21 living off grapes and vodka lime sodas and hitting the gym 5x per week. Crazy how it can get to you sometimes if you let it!
I had this thought yesterday about how I will never look like I did when I was 18 again. I could drink all weekend, eat a whole lot of garbage and hit the gym once or twice a week and would still look fit. I am 30 now- priorities have shifted, and I train and eat for performance and health, not for looks. If I look fit because of it, fine! Will probably make me happy. But it‘s not my why anymore. And so yes- I will never look like I did at 18. but hopefully I will also never be as insecure and dependent on other people’s opinion anymore. Plus- I think 30 also looks pretty good- she is just a bit different
As a long time influencer, I'm always so impressed with your growth on socials and opportunities you've built. Would ever consider discussing your tips on how you've been able to gain so many brand opportunities? (I.e. Strava, puma, etc) Have they reached out to you, or do you do outreach. Would love a video on what you've felt has made you so successful! Congrats on the almost 100k and the half marathon 🎉
You are such an inspiration!!! I’ve been feeling really rubbish and down about my fitness journey and myself but watching this makes me feel that my feelings are valid! X
Absolutely LOVE your curly hair! A few years ago I also started wearing mine naturally curly more often for the first time in my life. I know that it's definitely a journey of learning to love the hair you were born with, and I'm excited to follow yours!
Just discovered your channel recently and I love it so much!! Just started getting into golf and horse back riding again and it’s so motivating in terms of exercises purposefully
I think most times when we’ve struggled with ED the thoughts may not be 100% gone but a routine and healthy habits help ,mental health is everything,in my case ED thoughts are so subjective to my environment mentally. You’re an inspiration ❤xx and the curly hair is slaying period !
Lil suggestion which helps cycling lady pains... Go in to the bike shop and get "fitted" on the bike - I did this and they tilted the handbars a few mm upwards and it CHANGED MY LIFE! Went from being in agonising pain after 10km to having NO pain on 90km+ rides. 10/10.
I set my colour filters on my phone to red when I don’t want to doom scroll. It’s under accessibility and you can set it as a short cut on your control panel too so it’s easy to turn on! Hair looks so nice!!
Thanks for talking about your body image issues. So relatable for me especially now. I'm having "a bit of a wobble" right now, as you put it. ❤ p.s. love your hair curly 😍
Definitely you need to eat before cycling and I always bring a snack! If you’re getting tired or cranky during a longer cycle, it’s usually that you’re hungry but don’t realize it. Love the curls!
Loved the video! So good to hear someone else was in the microwave! 😂 I was such a doom scroller!!! I ended up setting up the app limits in screen time section. Gave me some time to just relax and scroll but kept me accountable about how much time I use on it. Good luck with the race!!!
Your hair is soo beautiful curly omg!!! I have curly hair just like you and I stopped to straighten my hair a couple years ago. It was the best thing I could do for the health of my hair!! Healthy curly hair is so beautiful!!
Ms. Holly so glad you're embracing your curly hair its wonderful its freedom and more power to you and cycling is awesome all the best on your journey🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼
be aware, that a lot of foods in the US have added sugar, where there wouldn't be added sugar in europe. For example, the oat packets you used for your breakfast most likely have quite a bit of added sugar. Added sugar in foods was one of the major reasons I gained weight eventhough I felt I ate the same, when I was an exchange student in the US. After becoming aware of this, I made sure to look at the ingredients of all foods before buying and learning which brands did have as many additives as others and then stuck with those. After that, my weight returned to normal. It's just a little tip, if you feel like you are gaining weight and feeling off.
I have been setting a timer when I scroll on social media! Give yourself a time frame and then when the timer goes off, set the phone aside and do something else.
This is I follow you Holly. We need more girls normalize canceling dieting culture and embracing our love for food and fitness. We can be healthy and look bigger than a size zero. It doesn't make us less than. I'm so much happier when I'm not looking at my body in a negative way and listening to my body when its hungry. Sending love xx
Once you get cleats, your cycling will be way easier, if you don't have them you're only using half of the 'cycle' power on the way down. Makes a massive difference and you get used to them very quickly!
I hope you’ll update on your endometriosis journey, how the online coaching and website worked for you and how your supplements and things are helping or not helping. Have you had any success or any flare ups since you started working with the online menopause coaching?
is the whoop really necessary if e.g u have a sports watch like garmin or apple watch? i am currently using whoop for 30 days (their free trial) and can't decide either i like it or not. Or if it's much different than the garmin i have
LOVE the cycling journey you are also in!! I also recently started cycling, it’s been a game changer for preventing running injuries and cross training. I’ve noticed i’ve made incredible running progress since starting cycling. What Specialized bike is that btw?
Makes my day when you make new vlogs Holly🥹🥹♥️♥️ and How r u doing I hope you are doing good and how's your health and I wish you have a blessed weekend
Tips for doom scrolling - follow the work of Cal Newport. Digital Minimalism & using the Digital Wellbeing settings is the only way out. Try going just a day without scrolling feeds.

For me, my obsession are the Cliff Nut Butter bars (vs. your wafer bars). It's like my FAVORITE snack/dessert/protein bar in the world.
Loved your Productive Wellness vlog Holly ❤❤❤❤❤
