Yeah, I see the purple in the one solid piece, very interesting for sure. I really enjoy the "granites" of so many different varieties. We say "granites" but in reality there are hundreds of varieties and sub-varieties of these plutonic igneous rocks depending on exact chemical content. Yours looks really pretty. Really no "fleck" though, so likely not lepidolite, as you had mentioned in your comment on my lepidolite.
Your Lepidolite Specimens are absolutely gorgeous ! The Mica family can do some amazing morphing and crystalizing ! Tourmaline, another beautiful crystal of many colors and also found in Pegmatite Dikes ! Earth is the Master Chemist and Artist !

I'm starting to think is not granite but metamorphic sedementry or metamorphic Basalt a more uncommon possibility !?
