Nice work..
Thankyou Michael
Hi mate, I’ve got a Peugeot Expert, how much would you charge for just a one sheler?
I gave my shelves a 15* tilt back, so boxes of tools won't fall off when driving. All the best
I have done exactly the same in my own van, been like it for years and boxes have never fell out.
Amazing how much space you save having it shelves isn't it.
Hi how do you tilt
How did u secure it, I really love your work
Thankyou Chris, I use self tapping metal screws and angle brackets where needed. these are screwed into the sections that are double skinned
@@G9RGE thanks
Zzqqknew 😅
Where did you screw the back of the shelving units to mate?
Hi mate I used any double skin section. Just make sure your screws aren't too long so.they don't pierce the outside
@@G9RGE ok thanks
Drawers on the floor of a van never work, always something in the way when you want to use the drawer
What is the thickness of the plywood?
I used 18mm
@@G9RGE thank you. I am getting ready to build for me my van
@skopjemk I have had 18mm in my van for 5 years now and it's still structurally sound and I haven't had any issues although I plan to to redo it to accommodate all the new tools I have
@@G9RGE I have large Sprinter van and was thinking how to do it.
Hello mate

Hi Paul, I'm in Bournemouth
How do you fix it to the van ?
I use self tapping screws and angle brackets where needed. these are screwed into the sections that are double skinned
