You don't welcome people by paying them to leave.
If you have a party, would you offer a free 6-pack at the exit?
The problem is that Sweden can't take advantage of the resources.
You might think that Sweden would welcome immigrants (who are not criminals), and put them to work to further build the country.
Apparently not, and that is unfortunate.
The current state of politics stresses all countries, and we are beginning to see those countries that are willing to stand and fight for what's right and those that are more worried about themselves than the world.
There is no dollar value equivalent to a single human life!

34k? Seriously? Why would anyone who had never contributed to the system, intergrated into the society, get a big junk amount of money for free. One way or another theyll come back for more. Whoever came up with this idea is apparently not so smart

In fact, most of Swedish employers are quite fastidious in pick up workers.I am living in Sweden,I am know-well about that.If you can’t speak immaculately Swedish and have a kind of credible relationship with your employers, you almost can’t find out jobs in Sweden.I think eliminating the immigrants who can not sustaining their living expenses independently is a priority task for the Sweden government.

It should be a matter of course to learn the language of the host country and to be able to speak it. There can be no parallel societies. The problem is not the fundamental right to asylum, but the mass abuse for economic reasons.

Yeah, I guess the government thought of the so called "came alone boys", mostly from Afghanistan and other - stans when they came up with this idea, a lot of them don't seem to be doing very well either professionally or otherwise and easily get sucked up by drugs and criminal gangs which will mean a huge cost in the future.

I agree. The society doesn't want to integrate them either way and many of them need support to start back in their countries.

Wait, is this a joke? They come to Sweden illegally, get benefits and instead of kicking them out you want to pay them to leave? So they will get 34k (over 2800 per month!!!!!!) for doing NOTHING? Are you people mental or something? Right now I really start to think that I should go to Sweden illegally too and get myself some of that sweet, sweet money.

You'd need a permanent resident permit, this means that you should have been in the country for at least 4 years working and paying taxes... So this is like a small buyout to kinda bribe people into leaving the country where they've at least invested 4 years of work in.
