You can see the signs of a global flood all over. The strata left in the different layers of the rocks is what happens in a world wide flood. Beautiful!!
Just got back from there yesterday. There are also tons of trails to explore in your vehicle, onion creek and Hurrah Pass is where we went in a stock Ford Ranger take your time and you will have no issues!
Your video is so good. I enjoyed your video. I've been to Moab with my wife a log time ago. This brings back so many memories! And I'm a beginner on youtube, so I can learn a lot from your video. Thank you.
At 5:02, you called called Henry FONDA Henry FORD!! Also, you mentioned that the Colorado River begins in Colorado and flows through Utah, Arizona, and California, on its way to Mexico. Actually, it NEVER flows THROUGH California, it only BORDERS California (on its right bank, before entering Mexico). And you forgot about Nevada; the river's right bank borders on the Silver State (passing right in front of Laughlin, immediately below Mojave Reservoir) prior to bordering on California. Finally, I would add Grandstaff Canyon to your list. This is a terrific 2 - 3 hour hike on a side canyon of the river's left bank, about 5 miles above town. It features a spring-fed stream that flows year-round and an impressive arch at the upper end of the hike, plus lots of trees and shade. It is also a great hike to do with your 🐕.
I grew up in moab and went to school there and shit, it's crazy to see how it's changed over the last 25 years. Shit used to be home until we had to move cause they don't pay people shit there, not to mention how much tourism is there now days. Fucking insane but it is beautiful there.
Not to diminish the beauty of the landscape and national parks around Moab, but one of the best kept secrets concerning things to experience there are the local melons… and I’m not talking about boobies… Best damn watermelons, cantaloupes, and honeydews I’ve ever tasted are grown there!!!
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
The best things not to do in Moab is everything Moab says is best to do in fact the locals don’t care for outsiders coming in buying up the land and trying to force there big city way of life on moabs locals Moab locals prefer you leave your big city life outside of Moab and they don’t want people closing of moabs trails that the locals grew up using when they were younger so if you visit Moab don’t bring your big city life to Moab it won’t be welcomed if you want to do some fun in Moab go biking or river rafting and go hiking and swimming go out to eat tip well and please move along
You need to get the new influx of Democrats out! They are destroying you. They are closing the trails. California Liberals have taken over the Utah Conservancy. Evict them. Don’t ask them to leave.
Beware ATV, UTV people that think you can ride your “street legal” machines on the streets of Moab. The rules have changed. Democrats have infested this town built on off-road activities. If you are from a state that registers your street legal machine through the DNR versus the DMV, you are no longer legal in Moab. This means you will be forced to trailer to each individual trails and are no longer welcome in town to spend money at gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, or any of the other small businesses that exist because of you. A DMV versus DNR licensed vehicle has no advantage with the exception of Moab giving you a ticket and collecting the money. (Democrat modus operandi). It’s an excuse to tax you. I have been going there for the last 8 years, and sadly will not return. I’m not trailering my ATV from trail to trail with my 67’ Motorhome/trailer. They must be nuts in Moab to allow this. I see this town turning into a ghost town in no time at all. Another example of the left infecting an American Town.
That is silly. Besides, what can happen to you in this beautiful paradise? I feel a WHOLE lot safer out here than I do walking around in any big city, day or night.
Check out excursions you can do on your trip at the link below:

My mother in law lives there so we’ve been numerous times. It’s breathtaking
The canyons in Utah, are jaw-dropping.
We absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Be safe and have a great evening!

Global flood ? I guess you read that in the bible, a great scientific source !
I very much enjoyed the Morning Glory Bridge by way of the Grandstaff Trail.

Thanks for the ideas. We are heading there this weekend. Lynn and Danny
How was your trip? Please let us know!
@@OnViewCation it was amazing!
You missed the local jail. Very quaint, quiet and friendly. It’s a whole lot less dramatic compared to jail in Salt Lake, Denver or Miami.
This made me laugh out loud
😂😂😂😂😂😂Right on 👍👍
A man of culture
Some might go as far as to say that Utah rocks...
Is the Castle Creek Winery closed? Google says it is and their website is gone.
You forgot mountainboarding. Moab is an iconic place to mountainboard. Basically like nature's giant skatepark.
Great ideas I’m going to Moab for two weeks on October 8th!!!
The winery is no longer there. It is something else now. We just stayed at Red Cliffs Lodge last week.
Guess it didn't rate above Arches after all.
Indiana Jones 3 brought me here. and yes I was in Moab 2 years ago but we didn't reach the arch because it was crowded and can't get our reservation.
Ill be there for 2 week October 26

Did this man just say that Canyonlands formed over "many decades"? I mean technically you're not wrong, but try "millions of years"
You forgot UTV riding. Some of the most beautiful scenic areas you can access by off road
Thank you for letting us know! We'll check UTV riding 😊
Not to pick really, but at 5:03...thats Henry Fonda, not Henry Ford.
😂
You forgot to add skydiving! 🤔🤷♀️
In your narration you refer to Henry Ford. The person you refer to actually is Henry Fonda.
The first thing to do is make sure you bring A LOT OF CASH. You’ll need it when you visit the LOCAL Highway Robbery Restaurants and Hotels!
The perfect money for Moab is 4000$
Come to telluride then complain. At least there are cheap option in moab like milts or city market
Moab Diner was a good family option for dinner. Going to grocery store and packing lunches helped us save too. We’ll be back, Moab was AWESOME!
How about you go to store, buy food and cook it yourself.... Lol
All I need is gas n firewood
Hike or bike in the La Sals.
Jeep tour

Mountain bike, particularly The Whole Enchilada.
XC or Enduro bike?
@@OnViewCation More travel is definitely preferred, but you can do it on a hardtail if you keep you speed down in the rough sections.

You are out of your mind. The entire town survives on tourism, and I have ALWAYS felt welcome here whenever I have gone.

Five minutes into the film, you say Henry Ford. No, that is Henry, Fonda.
