Yes- when Caroline says 6 kgs, that means 7.5 LBS for me!!! I can’t fathom this work out with the weights she using!!! Just another part of what makes her so fantastic!!
No kidding! I live in the US and don’t have access to dumbbells in Kg, so had to go with 15 lb weights (about 7 kg). Needless to say, breaks were my friends today!!!
Caroline's workouts are getting progressively more difficult with each day. I decided to stick to Epic III and complete it before starting the Iron or Fuel series. I'm so glad I've done epic I and II before, I think they prepared me both physically and mentally for Epic III. Thanks, Caroline! The quality of your workouts, the way they are structured are just unsurpassed.
I am so happy to have finally found Caroline. I completed epic 1 and jumped to epic 3. These results are unmatched. Not only are my muscles growing but so is my mental capacity of what I think I can do.

Just finished with the workout….I never thought that 5kgs could be such a challenge & an entire complex using 21s, wow! Caroline, your creativity knows no bounds. I never thought that I would say this but I really loved today’s complex workout & it pushed me in ways I never thought of. Especially the shoulders were very intense, arc raises + around the world was the most challenging for me. I’m laying on my mat smiling & feeling so accomplished from today’s session 🤍 I used 15kgs during the initials & later 5kgs for the rest. Thank you, I finally have learn to love complexes now!
@@amandamusch3997 Hi Amanda! Normally I use 12,5s and 7,5s for upper body. Today I switched to 10s, 5s and 3 kg. I felt a good burn from start to finish and the lighter wheights felt twice as heavy after a while! 😆 I learned that it is wise to use lighter wheights for complexes! Never swore and sweated so much using dumbells was gonna quit but realised I already did 35mins...that was an emotional workout for me, but I feel great completing it.

Hello Matthew, you’re absolutely correct & I’m starting to grow on complexes now. It makes me work really hard & once all done, you just feel so accomplished. Caroline using 6kgs is a clear indication that it’s going to be very tough & exhausting for the isolation parts - triceps, shoulders & biceps!! Pure 🔥🔥🔥!! That was intense!!! Really enjoyed it. I laughed several times throughout the workout because my arms stopped working😆! The 21s at the end caused my arms to cease to function after every 2 or 3 reps😳🥴😂. I was so proud of myself during this workout. I was able to do more diamond pushups in a row than I ever have before. I was in shock😂! But I guess that's what happens when you put in the time..and do what Caroline tells you to!😆👊🏻 Really enjoyed the single row/uneven pushup complex, diamond pushups😁, arc raises, arc press, rear delt row and 90° elbow lateral raises. Just a really great workout yet again. I'm excited for tomorrow! See you then! Thanks so much Caroline!😊
Day 12 of EPIC III Done! wow! I thought I upgraded my weights but this upper workout was another level had to keep alternating between my heavy, light and super light weights! AND that Finisher wow with the 21s! Tried to push myself as much as I could and as always I really love all the workouts! Looking forward to tomorrow's sesh! Thank you Caroline

Morning all!!!! Yesterday's leg workout was by far my favourite of all time!!!! Loved the calve part! I really got deep on those lunges and squats! Felt great after! Another incredible workout. It's unbelievable how each workout is different. I had a disruption in my life that caused me to fall behind so I'm very grateful for the library of workouts so that I can continue with the 10 week program. Caroline, your Personal Training expertise shows through and though. I trust you as you continuously encourage all us to pace ourselves. it's are personal goals we strive for and we own it all. Yet, the community is so encouraging, full of laughter and fun. It's so admirable that you share your God given talent unconditionally to all of us. You're not taken for granted. You are a gem. This was the hardest upper body workout yet. I usually don’t have to stop much but I believe I was “stopped” more than I worked. What a killer. Keep them coming Caroline.

I can feel a slight shake all the way down to my hands after that finisher!!!! Went with 4kg and 3kg each, thankful that I had the opportunity to decrease and focus on my form at times! I have no words really for how challenging and fabulous this workout was! Goes onto my top favorite Caroline workouts right away for sure!! 🤩
When I started Caroline’s videos I wondered why she closes her eyes sometimes. I now close my eyes. 😆 Such a good workout! My arms are jello in the best way possible. 💪🏼

This looks like it’s going to be painful and awesome 😁🔥 Shoulder presses with 6kg should be easy, right? But based on the sheer number of times Caroline has to stop, perhaps not! 😰 UPDATE: After getting a cold and having to take two days off, I'm back in action! 👊🏼 I used 15kg dumbbells for the first few complexes and started with 6.5kg for the shoulder presses, but early into the lateral raises I decided to drop to 5kg and even then the rest of the workout was tough! 🔥 Going to do Day 13 next and then I'll have caught up 👍🏼

This was great! I love that you use the heavier dumbells all at the start and then drop down - it's more convenient for me as I use adjustable dumbells and only had to change them up once. Thank you again for a fab programme

I used to say that legs days were my favourite workout day…. Now I just ❤️ every workout Caroline has done, to me the Best of the best. I can't remember as harsh upper body workout as it was today since I have done all previous epic programs and upper body videos recorded before. I literally felt my arms were pumping during it. And the finisher was the killer!

Haven't commented for a while, since completing EII last Nov. I busted out Fuel over the holiday period in the UK & visited a few gyms to keep me on track. Back home in NZ I'm still putting in the 'mahi' (work) with every session. For me, consistency is the key, which means showing up every day. Today my delts were on 🔥🔥. Thank you, Caroline.

Enjoyed today's workout !🌟🌟🌟 One of the toughest I feel, but it's always Fun pushing through the Burn. My fave was the Finisher. Lighter weights felt like double the weight. Hardest were the Arc & Arnold Presses. Feels Amazing after! Thanks Caroline! ❤️

(us) as I have mentioned previous, I injured my shoulder sometime back, it’s healing slow but these upper body workout that you put together it’s the real deal. My shoulder is getting stronger and my push-ups boy, was I proud of myself today for finally being able to do diamond push-up. You pushed me to be my best because you are giving me your best. This was 100% unstoppable!! Wow. And CAROLINE is smile still. Haha This was a 3.00am workout due to loadshedding in S.A. @ 5.00am (shower, make-up and getting ready for school and work time.) It has never been the same for me - I got stronger (mentally and physically), my knee pain is gone due to the strengthening exercises, I am more toned esp my upper body, I am leaner, lost 3kg but it's bec my goal is to have muscles mass esp I am in my menopause. No kidding! I live in the US and don’t have access to dumbbells in Kg, so had to go with 15 lb weights (about 7 kg). Needless to say, breaks were my friends today!!!

Caroline's workouts are getting progressively more difficult with each day. I decided to stick to Epic III and complete it before starting the Iron or Fuel series. I'm so glad I've done epic I and II before, I think they prepared me both physically and mentally for Epic III. Thanks, Caroline! The quality of your workouts, the way they are structured are just unsurpassed.
I am so happy to have finally found Caroline. I completed epic 1 and jumped to epic 3. These results are unmatched. Not only are my muscles growing but so is my mental capacity of what I think I can do.

Just finished with the workout….I never thought that 5kgs could be such a challenge & an entire complex using 21s, wow! Caroline, your creativity knows no bounds. I never thought that I would say this but I really loved today’s complex workout & it pushed me in ways I never thought of. Especially the shoulders were very intense, arc raises + around the world was the most challenging for me. I’m laying on my mat smiling & feeling so accomplished from today’s session 🤍 I used 15kgs during the initials & later 5kgs for the rest. Thank you, I finally have learn to love complexes now!
Oh, I think I will get my 3kgs dumbells ready if you straggle with 5kgs 😰💦💪

@@amandamusch3997 Hi Amanda! Normally I use 12,5s and 7,5s for upper body. Today I switched to 10s, 5s and 3 kg. I felt a good burn from start to finish and the lighter wheights felt twice as heavy after a while! 😆 I learned that it is wise to use lighter wheights for complexes! Hello Matthew, you’re absolutely correct & I’m starting to grow on complexes now. It makes me work really hard & once all done, you just feel so accomplished. Caroline using 6kgs is a clear indication that it’s going to be very tough & exhausting for the isolation parts - triceps, shoulders & biceps!! Maybe 5kgs & 15kgs for me today, hope you’ve a good one!! Enjoy those complexes & be unstoppable ⭐️

Pure 🔥🔥🔥!! That was intense!!! Really enjoyed it. I laughed several times throughout the workout because my arms stopped working😆! The 21s at the end caused my arms to cease to function after every 2 or 3 reps😳🥴😂. I was so proud of myself during this workout. I was able to do more diamond pushups in a row than I ever have before. I was in shock😂! But I guess that's what happens when you put in the time..and do what Caroline tells you to!😆👊🏻 Really enjoyed the single row/uneven pushup complex, diamond pushups😁, arc raises, arc press, rear delt row and 90° elbow lateral raises. Just a really great workout yet again. I'm excited for tomorrow! See you then! Thanks so much Caroline!😊
Day 12 of EPIC III Done! wow! I thought I upgraded my weights but this upper workout was another level had to keep alternating between my heavy, light and super light weights! AND that Finisher wow with the 21s! Tried to push myself as much as I could and as always I really love all the workouts! Looking forward to tomorrow's sesh! Thank you Caroline

Another incredible workout. It's unbelievable how each workout is different. I had a disruption in my life that caused me to fall behind so I'm very grateful for the library of workouts so that I can continue with the 10 week program. Caroline, your Personal Training expertise shows through and though. I trust you as you continuously encourage all us to pace ourselves. it's are personal goals we strive for and we own it all. Yet, the community is so encouraging, full of laughter and fun. It's so admirable that you share your God given talent unconditionally to all of us. You're not taken for granted. You are a gem. This was the hardest upper body workout yet. I usually don’t have to stop much but I believe I was “stopped” more than I worked. What a killer. Keep them coming Caroline.

I can feel a slight shake all the way down to my hands after that finisher!!!! Went with 4kg and 3kg each, thankful that I had the opportunity to decrease and focus on my form at times! UPDATE: After getting a cold and having to take two days off, I'm back in action! 👊🏼 I used 15kg dumbbells for the first few complexes and started with 6.5kg for the shoulder presses, but early into the lateral raises I decided to drop to 5kg and even then the rest of the workout was tough! 🔥

Haven't commented for a while, since completing EII last Nov. I busted out Fuel over the holiday period in the UK & visited a few gyms to keep me on track. Back home in NZ I'm still putting in the 'mahi' (work) with every session. For me, consistency is the key, which means showing up every day. Today my delts were on 🔥🔥. Thank you, Caroline.

I must admit I wasn't expecting that seemingly simple exercises using 6kg dumbells would literally leave me breathless and almost unable to move when finished! What an awesome workout! The entire upper body challenged, and I'm kinda even feeling proud of myself. Have a nice day everyone!

Enjoyed today's workout !🌟🌟🌟 One of the toughest I feel, but it's always Fun pushing through the Burn. My fave was the Finisher. Lighter weights felt like double the weight. Hardest were the Arc & Arnold Presses. Feels Amazing after!

I enjoyed all 11 days gone n I know I'm gonna continue to enjoy to the end. I skipped epic 2 n heat n jumped into 3 n I believe from here on I wld be following all her workouts. Look who may never go back to the gym..
Loved this 💪🏻 Caroline continues to give us new exercises and variety to workouts. She never fails to make us want to try harder to push ourselves and try to achieve it goals 😀
Caroline I can’t thank you enough for all that you do for me. (us) as I have mentioned previous, I injured my shoulder sometime back, it’s healing slow but these upper body workout that you put together it’s the real deal. My shoulder is getting stronger and my push-ups boy, was I proud of myself today for finally being able to do diamond push-up. You pushed me to be my best because you are giving me your best. I truly appreciate you! Thank you!

This was a 3.00am workout due to loadshedding in S.A. @ 5.00am (shower, make-up and getting ready for school and work time.)

THIS MARKS MY ANNIVERSARY DOING CAROLINE'S WORKOUT - THE START OF EPIC1!!!! It has never been the same for me - I got stronger (mentally and physically), my knee pain is gone due to the strengthening exercises, I am more toned esp my upper body, I am leaner, lost 3kg but it's bec my goal is to have muscles mass esp I am in my menopause. Thank you so much Caroline, we are blessed bec of you !!!

Oh my goodness!! I felt my calves and quads when I got out of bed this morning, a great satisfaction from yesterday’s workout. But today… Caroline’s right! Upper body is fried. Wow 🤩! Will go in my favorites along with yesterday’s!
