      Sara Saric single leg stretch, seated knee up or any exercise i do while lying down such as crunches, scissors

      Mochi Luhan it means your form isn’t correct. Your back has to lay flat on the ground and your shoulders a bit above the ground so that your back doesn’t become round. Just look at references or videos and look at how they do it. You can always correct your form 🤗 I hope this helped

    When is the best time of day to work out? Is it better in the morning, or at night, or does it not matter?

      I'm not really an expert, but I have been reading that it is better to get some sort of workout in in the morning so your blood will properly circulate through yoj body and it also will boost you metabolism. But, a lot of people agree that it might help to workout when you are able to dedicate time to it so it becomes more of a habit.

      a In the morning people mostly have more energy then in the evening. Also, workouts boost your metabolism for next ~6 hours. However, feel free to workout whenever you want 😊

      a since exercise makes the body active, when done constantly it energizes you and helps you be more active and less groggy throughout the day. If you work out later in the day it might hinder your ability to fall asleep at night. So it’s best to work out as far away from bedtime as possible.

    She's so pretty and slim. Thank you for this because even when I was young, may waistline and flat stomach are very important and makes me conscious all the time. I really like someone who knows how to take care her body, health and figure so it's very important to me to maintained my flat stomach and waistline too. Thank you for this! It's such a big help.

    Question: When to exercise?
    It doesn't matter whether it's at the moring or at the afternoon, but don't do it at night because your body needs more rest. The time that u should stop exercising is around 5-6 pm. Hope u guys do well in the exercise, remember don't give up! 😁💖

      That's my biggest problem I have fat thought and am 6.5kg overweight honestly my legs and tights are a bigger problem that my stomach because I can hide the stomach but not the legs :(

    Please do a leg and especially inner thigh slimming workout. Also, 0ease give tips on how to not bulk up your calves and thigh muscles, and instead achieve thin, slim, and lean legs. I used to have a huge thigh gap, but after doing hard cardio and aerobics, I feel like my thighs and calves have bulked up dramatically. My thigh gap is also much smaller than before. How can I do fat burning full body workouts without growing my thigh and calf muscles?

    [ day 1 ] It wasnt too hard but im still out of breath obviously since its first day no results so far
