Mochi Luhan it means your form isn’t correct. Your back has to lay flat on the ground and your shoulders a bit above the ground so that your back doesn’t become round. Just look at references or videos and look at how they do it. You can always correct your form 🤗 I hope this helped

I'm not really an expert, but I have been reading that it is better to get some sort of workout in in the morning so your blood will properly circulate through yoj body and it also will boost you metabolism. But, a lot of people agree that it might help to workout when you are able to dedicate time to it so it becomes more of a habit.
a In the morning people mostly have more energy then in the evening. Also, workouts boost your metabolism for next ~6 hours. However, feel free to workout whenever you want 😊

I used to have a huge thigh gap, but after doing hard cardio and aerobics, I feel like my thighs and calves have bulked up dramatically. My thigh gap is also much smaller than before. How can I do fat burning full body workouts without growing my thigh and calf muscles?
