    What can I use instead of base gravy?

    • @TheBengaliCook
      @TheBengaliCook  Год назад

      Hi, instead of base gravy you can use onion and tomato to make the curry sauce, so add garlic then finely diced onions (one onion for this portion), once the onions have caramelised, had half tomato, cook until soft and mix In together then add spices, mix well and add some hot water so the spice doesn’t burn, once the oil raises to top add prawns, mix in well and add desired water for sauce, add green chilli, coriander etc hope this helps and enjoy
