You are my favorite Chef to watch! I have literally never eaten Indian food I live in West Virginia which is the Backwoods of the United States of America oh, and I have searched far and wide online and at many stores to find the spices you use and I am having some problems there but the recipes you show us I feel as long as I can get the ingredients that I will be able to make it and that's all because of you! Thank you so much and please don't stop doing what you do!
This is an unbelievable curry. I've cooked many of your curries and its your execution of how to cook the curry I find makes the most difference compared to other Chefs. I love the one-pot curries as I don't really have the time or space to store the base gravy so I really appreciate that you cook the dishes without the base gravy. Keep them coming. Thanks
Yes!!!!! You're back!!! Fantastic recipe as always. You're always so professional , enthusiastic and exact in your instructions. Thank you for all your tips with each video greatly appreciated.
Excellent thankyou. Your recipes are so well put together and easy to follow. You obviously have a lot of passion for what you do. Please keep them coming 😊
Thanks for sharing Chef, it really helps, as I work in a Japanese restaurant and when it comes to staff meals, I use your help. Thanks to you. Please don't stop.
Latifs mate... I'd love for you to put all theses curries into a cookbook.. I cook all the curries... They are of the very best I've not only cooked but tasted out at Indian restaurants .. You are the king.
Amazing youre response when you taste the sauce. Ive tried youre Bhuna and Patia. Both are amazing. This one will be next. Thnx for the upload. Much love. Gr from The Hague 🇳🇱
Hi! I'm new to your channel and I just love your recipes!! They are all so beautiful and vibrant!! I love all kinds of Asian food but most of all India food!! You have inspired me to make my dishes at home as beautiful and vibrant as yours!! You are a very talented chief!!

A great recipe.i shall certainly make this. BTW, just to make you jealous, ere in the Philippines, I pay about £4 a kilo for massive king prawns. Yum yum yum..
I love you films and have learnt so much. I do have one question or suggestion regarding the prawns. I am know if they were cooked for less they would be much tenderer. Could you make a stock out of the shells (10 min job) to add to the dish it would give the flavour and a tenderer prawn maybe.?
Hi. I made your chicken bhuna multiple times and every time it comes out very tasty. I tried this recipe as well but chicken bhuna is my favourite so far. Could you make Malabar prawn curry or haryiali chicken kebab if you can? Many thanks
Big fan of your videos. Made a few recipes and they all turned out great. Any chance you could share the name of the deep pan that you use? Looking to buy something similar for my home. Cheers.
Dude I did a version of this s from your garlic chilli chicken at the weekend... I'll have to watch.. BTW English watchers Sainsbury's do a big bag of frozen giant Tiger prawns for £8:50. They are big...
Latif, I wish you had a restaurant near me up Burnley way! Love your recepies! Please will you do us a video of you making a king prawn or chicken roshoon ? 🙏
Add some base instead of tomatoes and onions and then a bit more later instead of water would do it. If you spice it and used all the garlic etc it would be similar i reckon.
That is how King Prawns should be in an Indian Restaurant. Unfortunately most are just using run of the mill Prawns now and it's not the same. Thank's Latif, Stevie in Scotland.

Latif, I wish you had a restaurant near me up Burnley way! Love your recepies! Please will you do us a video of you making a king prawn or chicken roshoon ? 🙏
What a great recipe! You are fantastic. Shall try it out on my brother. Where do you sell your shirts if you don’t mind me asking? “Inspired by Latif”
Need to make some
Anyone else dribbling ??!!!😂...top job!!!...another one to try 😁
Looks yummy and have king prawns in the freezer, not the type cooked in the video. Nonetheless this will be my treat for the weekend!
I wish I could smell that 😮
Are the prawns the same as in supermarket . Ie farmers or wild. Great video, cheers
Any chance of a Lamb Nepalese recipe?
If i used smaller prawns would i reduce cooking time?
Why is it that you almost ever put cumin powder in your curry?
Another fantastic video bud 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻 I’ve noticed you say “wish me luck” a lot in all your videos is there a reason for this ? 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
“Bismillah” means God Bless this food (or something like that!)
Thank you
How many would this serve
i do prefer the BIR using base gravy style, being honest. good video all the same
You need them big boxed prawns for this dish perfect 🥰 hence longer time in the pan....every thing works out well.
how are those prawns not overcooked? i would assume they would overcook in 5 minutes?
Is it hallal?
Instead of cutting the garlic in slices could you smash it?
What do I search for to find a pan just like that?
Pure rapeseed oil would work well too and is allegedly more beneficial for us.
Another great recipe could you replace the water with base gravy? Or add it gradually during the cooking process? Keep up the great content 👍🏻
I was writing that message as I was watching it
Add some base instead of tomatoes and onions and then a bit more later instead of water would do it. If you spice it and used all the garlic etc it would be similar i reckon.
@@psyick9543 thanks for reply, I’m making some base gravy the weekend so will use that 👍🏻
@@WHUTOM88 good luck!
@@psyick9543 thank you 🙏🏼
Why don't the prawns become rubbery?
You’ve basically cooked the prawns for over 20 mins, Woudnt they be over cooked?. Would it be a good idea to add them a bit later?
No no no. Put prawns in and mix everything may be a minute then add water and simmer 8-10 mins until water thickens then ready to eat
You can get them already peeled and deveined
