I made this for my son’s birthday and it was sensational. I can’t thank you enough for your clear and concise instructions. You have opened up a whole new cuisine for us!
Making this again tonight. Be about the 5th time I've used this tutotrial. also making the bangladeshi mutton curry which is always a family pleaser. thanks for always posting new videos
Fairly new to Latifs channel. This’ll be my third on the list after his Fish pakora, chicken Pathia and the one pan garlic and chicken. All phenomenal dishes.
amazing so easy to follow i had around 30 minutes before I needed to leave thre house. I looked on your page found this video and made. Tastes great easy video to follow!!
Making this dish as I type. Marinade alone smells wonderful, looking forward to eating this for tea. Thanks Latif, this is by far the best channel for Indian food. 😊
Another great looking dish, thank you chef. I've always loved your style of video / recipe, nice and approachable plus you're so enthusiastic I can't help but want to go and cook
Thank you so much Latif for this easy to cook dish. I am here in Philippines and your videos are a life saver here and I am bale to cook spicy food with just following your videos. I made it tonight and it was easy and delicious. Looking forward to see more simple videos like this one.
Alhamdulillah starting with Bismillah will always put Barakah and make it delicious for sure enjoy please open up your restaurant in the US here AAmeen YARABB
You need to do a world tour. In New Zealand where i live we have large Indian and Bangadelshi population plus westerners like me who want to cook curry. During lockdown in NZ (too many) I cooked most of your dishes.
Also solo this weekend in downtown Reykjavik. Cooked it tonight and it was superb. Have a portion left for tomorrow so it will only get better. Cheers!
I'm salivating, I'm going to do this recipe. I've shopped local food store, got all the exotic items needed ,spices etc. Your presentation and diligence is amazing. I normally only eat chicken fillets, but this will taste so much better. Many Thanks 👍👍😁
Can’t wait to try this recipe. I have been cooking Latif’s recipes for my family and friends. They are amazed at the delicious dishes. I grow my own tomatoes and make 12 liters of makhanwala every fall. A quick delicious curry faster and better than any take away!🇨🇦
I have a restaurant suggestion for you Latif - Kadiris, Willesden Green. The texture and thickness of the sauces and the dishes in general are just superb!!
Wow that looks absolutely delicious........hundi is one of my favourites in my local curry house down south, but it's very different to this one. Its quite hot but a dry dish like this one but is dark red in colour and has huge chunks of green bell pepper in and flavoured with tamarind. Cant wait to cook this one thanks for a quality video as usual.
Hello Chef, I tried this recipe and it was amazing. This is my favorite channel to learn cooking. I need help to identify a flavor/spice that is used in restaurant Biryanis, curries and gravies and it's a flavor that is not commonly used in home food. It has a sweet/citrus flavor. Please tell me if you know. I hope to hear from you. Thank you.
@Latif's inspire. Apologies, my question has nothing to do with this recipe. I wanted to know how you cook meat with base gravy? I wanted to learn a short cut. Do you half cook meat before hand ? Hope I am making sense.
Hi Latif. I notice that whenever you add an ingredient to your dishes you state something in, what sounds like, Arabic. I would love to know what you are saying at that time. Can you tell me? Sounds like Ish-Mu-Alsah. But I'm not sure.
As you are not in Manchester, can you recommend a restaurant (as many so-called ‘Indian restaurants’ are NOT what they say they are. They are owned & staffed by non-Indians)
Another lovely recipe to add to my repertoire, Thanks Latif
I also always thumbs up and save latif's videos before i start watching too😁😁😁😁
Love the support. Big 🫡

Roll on Stafford in bloody September! The better 'alf has promised me a meal at your restaurant! 🙂

Give please a dry chicken side dish

He's says Bismillah which means in the name of God
Bismillah “means in the name of Allah” just asking for a little blessing from the almighty.
@@rehan2118 Thanks, I was miss hearing it. Good to know.
@@LatifsInspired Thank you, I understand. Great menus, great channel. Thanks.
Lemon juice to toughen up chicken ?
Latife where can I get a good aluminum pan?
Nice. Audio seems a bit distorted ?
Was that a whole chicken jointed?
Was some odd looking cuts of meat in there??
Whole chicken
what size is the pan
Looks great, however why not use a fork and knife to taste it?
Why bother ? It is the traditional Indian way of eating food .
Hey fella what is it you say before you add an ingredient to the pan ?
Bismillah. Chef is a big fan of Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody'
Bismillah. What Muslims say when beginning an action, in order to derive God's blessings from it
Bismillah “in the name of Allah” just asking for blessings from the almighty.
Please make a recipe using duck
top draw fella
bruv, this is next
When ever I marinade the chicken. It always comes out rubbery and tough. If I don’t marinade it’s tender but bland. Any tips ?
When he tries it at the end I just felt left out !! Why not share a bit with us 🧐
As you are not in Manchester, can you recommend a restaurant (as many so-called ‘Indian restaurants’ are NOT what they say they are. They are owned & staffed by non-Indians)
There is a few nice places on the curry mile street. Havent been there in ages so i couldnt name a specific one lol
Love your videos but I think you should consider using something other than vegetable oil, its very bad for you
Latif old bean.... where is THE BOOK...
"... wish me luck .."
I used to think thats what he was saying, but he’s actually saying ‘bismillah’ which means he’s blessing his cooking.
@@atcampbell123, no , he is asking Allah for blessings.
