Anyone else made this and was blown away? Great recipe Latif 👌I must admit I was a bit surprised to see English Mustard, Cider Vinegar and Oregano in the recipe, but they were genius! I grew up in Blackburn, so I know Asian food, this is up there, esepcially when the Mrs and I taste tested it against a jar version (Amina's) which was also good, but nowhere near this version Latif - great video and thanks 👍

I'm so glad you posted this. I've had this dish three or four times in my life and hated it every time because the chicken was bone dry. And I've enjoyed every single one of them LOL in fact I just stocked the kitchen with all of the Asian Indian ingredients needed for making it all. I appreciate all you share with us!

If you truly want the chicken to be juicy and very tender, then cook exactly as he did, but wrap the chicken in foil and allow an extra 5/8 minutes of cooking time. I personally also put half a lemon inside the foil wrapping with the chicken. Promise you won't be disappointed.

      - slice holes in to the chicken to make it soak up the marinade
      - wash the chicken thoroughly
      -prepare the marinade mix it
      - add the chicken then massage it into the marinade
      - let sit sit for ideally a day in the fridge if not at least an hour
      - preheat the grill on your oven
      - once heated cook on the grill for 10 minutes on each side
      - once the second side has cooked for at least four minutes add the tomatoes and start caramelising the onions on the stove
-To finish off fry the onions, tomatoes and finished chicken for about to minutes using drizzled olive oil
      - serve hot and enjoy👍🏾
