    Hoping in here. I’m a new tech recruiter in the cloud/infrastructure space.
    Im not very technical myself but have been training very in depth recently, something super super helpful to me would be 1. Good things to look for 2. Bad things to look for.
    An overall red flag or must have list would be awesome. I know it depends on what contacts we have at the time.
    I would like to get you thoughts on IT staffing agency work, if you know people who’ve done it or not. I try to think im getting people a pay raise or promotion, but get cussed out frequently, which those people stay unemployed usually.

    I'm done with fanless. My setup ended with a big external fan on top of it. Electronics suffer from getting too hot.

      properly designed machine will be fine, you only need fans for absolute beasts like 7950X and that is more compute than many production grade servers have, for atom based ones you absolutely don't need that much cooling

    ANY computer is a good computer UNTILL you install Windows on it 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
