      We don’t see guns as killers only people. Just another tool. Snakes in fall are looking for places to hibernate. They love gardens because of field rats and bunnies.

      It's because it's not "a" flower it's hundreds ....each seed is one flower inside the whole mass.

      Fibonacci is all around us. Well, the golden ratio is, which the Fibonacci sequence approximates. Sunflowers, pine cones, nautilus shells, spiral galaxies (like our own), the list is huge. A very simple concept about breeding rabbits, with profound implications.

    A good way to check for worms is to put the seeds in a bucket of water. The ones that sink are good to eat or plant, and the ones that float are either sterile or have worms in them.
    Thanks for the great video!

    • @PeterSedesse
      @PeterSedesse 6 лет назад +26

      Yep, I was just going to post the same thing. It is a good idea to soak the seeds in twice as much water. Not only do the worm-infested seeds float but a lot of other stuff like bugs will float too.

    I love your work; personally I put seeds for germination into paper bags, not plastic - the plastic makes them sweat and mold, ruining the seed, in my experience - especially if gathering from heads that are still green.
