Looks great! I haven't tried any E meals yet. I'm a long time low carber, so I'm afraid. I'm already down 5 pounds for February. Once I stable out I do an E meal. I did make your cabbage bake today. I added hamburger crumbles to it; so good!
I enjoy your recipes. It's good to soak quinoa overnight to soak, or at least 4 hours, especially if anyone gets upset stomachs. It can also be used in desserts
